DoubleTree by Hilton at The Entrance to Universal Orlando

Choosing this DoubleTree hotel for our Universal Studios trip was a smart move! The free shuttle service runs directly to and from all the parks at fixed times, making getting around incredibly convenient. The room was clean, bright, and spacious. Although the bathroom drain was a bit clogged, it was overall well-suited for a family trip. The hotel has a pool, which was great for relaxing after a tiring day. The staff were attentive and helpful. There are plenty of restaurants and convenience stores nearby, making its location excellent and offering good value for money.

The room was decent. I didn't realize the hotel had a shuttle service to Universal Studios Orlando, so I ended up taking taxis there and back. The room wasn't huge, but it was perfectly adequate. I'd rate this hotel around 3.5 stars; it offers pretty good value for money, considering US prices.

Traveling to Universal Studios Orlando with my kids, choosing this DoubleTree by Hilton hotel was an absolute perfect experience, exceeding all expectations in every aspect! The hotel's location is unparalleled. It's within walking distance to one of the Universal parks and also offers a free shuttle directly to the parks, making early morning and evening park visits incredibly flexible. No need to rush for a shuttle early, which is a huge relief when traveling with children. The surrounding amenities are excellent; there are various restaurants downstairs offering diverse cuisines, as well as a large supermarket where you can get snacks, bottled water, and daily necessities all in one stop. Food delivery services come straight to the hotel, making dining out completely stress-free. The room's cleanliness standards are very high; the entire room was spotless. The double queen room type is spacious, with plenty of room for our family of three to move around and store luggage. The bedding is soft and comfortable, and the soundproofing is excellent, ensuring a peaceful rest after a day at the parks. Transportation options are plentiful. Besides the free shuttle, taxis are readily available right outside the hotel, offering affordable fares to various destinations. The hotel is also very close to the outlet malls, making it super convenient to go shopping after a day at the park. It perfectly fulfills both our entertainment and shopping needs. The hotel offers attentive service, complete facilities, and a clean and quiet environment. For families visiting Universal Studios, it offers excellent value for money. I would definitely choose to stay here again on my next trip to Orlando and highly recommend it to families traveling with children!

The room was as clean and tidy as always, and I slept really well. I spent two days at Universal Studios right next door, and the hotel conveniently offers a scheduled shuttle bus service. The service was excellent. I would definitely choose other DoubleTree by Hilton hotels again. Thank you! 🥰

The bedding was clean, tidy, and comfortable. The service was enthusiastic, and the welcome cookies upon check-in were a thoughtful touch, especially heartwarming for us arriving in the early hours. The elevator speed during peak hours is something the hotel should look into and improve.

Great location and decent breakfast. There's a Japanese teppanyaki restaurant, convenience stores, McDonald's, and Burger King nearby, and the room was clean. However, my child dropped a souvenir (it was in a bag) during breakfast, and when I asked the hotel to help find it, I felt they were quite dismissive.
