The location is near Disney, and hotel offers shuttle to each park and shopping mall. Normally shuttles are delayed. The breakfast is okay but crowed. Room is clean and big, okay for vacation to Disney. The reception only have 1 or 2 workers, not enough to cover waiting line.

I initially wanted to give a full five-star rating because I was able to check in early. However, after checking in, I was overcharged for parking, and the extra amount still hasn't been refunded even though it's been 8 days since I checked out. On top of that, the air conditioning broke on the second day and was never fixed by the time I left. It was really, really inconvenient. w

The room was clean and tidy, and the surrounding environment was beautiful and pleasant. They even provided two complimentary bottles of alkaline water, and the price was reasonable. There's a Starbucks downstairs, a swimming pool in the backyard, and a large supermarket very close by.

had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The service was excellent—staff were friendly and very attentive. The breakfast was also amazing, with a great variety and delicious options. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for comfort and quality

The location, amenities, etc. were great. I will upload photos. Our coffee maker did not work. In the bathroom, there was no switch for the fan.  there was rust in the bathtub, so no one could take a bath. This morning I went to shower and one of the clean towels folded above the toilet, once opened, had a Miller light beer cap stuck to the towel with two dirty spots.
Very, very, very disappointing. At breakfast, the only coffee maker that worked was outside of the dining area.

The heater didn’t work, and the room was very cold. I noticed in other reviews that guests mentioned the heater issue, and unfortunately, that was my experience as well.
Overall, the place feels poorly maintained. I won’t be coming back.
