The location is very gd it’s facing Icon Park The room was clean which is the most important point Breakfast was like any breakfast in other hotels

The breakfast was onyl waffles and begals and cereal and such. Ig i was expecting more like eggs bacon busicuts and gravy etc. Was a decent room though.

Drapes were left open, and we didn’t realize it until people started passing by our window. Door handle stuck and wouldn’t open without lifting it up.

4-night business trip. Distance from the hotel to the Convention Center was okay to walk and also easy to navigate with public transportation. Staff was friendly and helpful. The property is worn and outdated, with ripped carpet, splintered furniture and stains on curtains and carpet, but not overtly dirty. Breakfast was okay; coffee less than stellar.

This place and staff was so amazing and friendly and made me feel welcomed and breakfast had great choice of food. The only thing was no microwave or refrigerator in room.

Thank you to Kimberly, the other 2nd shift front desk staff and Lewis from maintenance for addressing a hotel room door lock issue quickly and with professionalism! I’ve stayed at the hotel several times and great experience overall.

We always stay at this hotel in Orlando, the staff are always great. They will accommodate a late check out if possible, always very nice, parking is great. It’s an older hotel but very clean. The tables outside could be wiped off once in a while other than that this hotel is great.

Check in was easy, staff was great, dining options were great as well. Great area for families with children! Two parks that were near by. Breakfast was good, very busy, but still good. Thank you to the breakfast staff for being patient with the us and putting the breakfast food out in a timely manner! I only stayed one night, but I will come back.

The staff were all really nice and helpful (enough for it to be really noticeable). The rooms, elevators, & physical building have seen better days. But the beds were good and clean and the pool was fine to use. The location was perfect.

I feel bad for the employees because they are kind and hard working. The location was perfect! However, the rest of the hotel is horrible. The TV remote wasn’t working, so it was difficult to make the correct selection. The refrigerator didn’t work. Some outlets didn’t work. One of the elevators didn’t work. You could hear the person’s TV in the room next to us as if our TV was on. They had their TV on full blast all night. Of course, the low price attracts ratchet hotel guests. Ratchet is an understatement. I will stick to Hilton and Marriott brands because I have PTSD from staying in the hood. Just as I couldn’t get out fast enough, I noticed a parking violation on my car because of a glitch in their system. I highly urge you to stay away from this hotel if you have an ounce of class.

Breakfast needs to be improved, there was only boiled egg? oh really? I did not receive room cleaning or made beds.

I have never left a bad review or complained on a property but the description and photos of the hotel/room is not at all like pictured. There was multiple areas in the room where the carpet was missing or pulling up, missing tile in the bathroom, mildew around the whole outside bottom of the shower, soap scum build up all over the shower handle, and bad handy work on walls where holes were. The ceilings were coming apart and peeling off and the halls had holes with multiple broken light fixtures. There is no way our room had been cleaned as there was stuff all over the floor and in the corners as well as dust all over the tv. I had my phone plugged in and luckily I got up in the middle of the night and saw it wasn’t working. We would have missed our check in for Disney. I moved the phone to the bathroom and the outlet worked there. The website says there is a refrigerator and there was not. I took our food to the front desk. The gentleman said there are not refrigerators and I said the website says there is. He said “looks can be deceiving.” He was kind enough to put our food in a refrigerator for us. The “continental” breakfast was hardly that. The carpet in the foyer looks like it has not been cleaned in years. This whole hotel needs major repair.

Awesome location! Just a quick walk across the street and there are lots of options for eats and fun things to do. Kim at the front desk was AWESOME!
