Grand Hotel Orlando at Universal Blvd - Shuttle to Theme Parks

our stay beginning February 2026 unfortunately involved multiple serious problems within the first several hours. We were initially assigned a room with a broken door that would not properly close. The elevator was also not working, so we carried luggage upstairs late at night only to discover the room was unsecured and unusable. After waiting for security, we were reassigned. After finally falling asleep around 1:00 AM, at approximately 2:20 AM another couple entered our room with active key access due to a duplicate room assignment. Being awakened in the middle of the night by strangers physically entering your room is extremely distressing and a significant safety failure. The following morning, our keys were deactivated due to the same system error, requiring another trip to the front desk.   What did the hotel do on the stranger? NOTHIN.     I called them left voice messages, talked to the front desk.... as of a week nothing!     Of the manger, Chris Richardson, would like to talk I have left voicemails, messages with works.... nothing Trip.com was very helpful but was stuck as while because the hotel isn't responding to their messages.  Trip.com was good.   BUT at this point I would NOT recommend the hotel.   ( I am not even sharing another issues we had before we even got a room...)
