Generally clean in North America hotels. The breakfast is very simple. Location is good for both Universal and Disney

Pros: The room is clean , no pest, no cockroaches. And they provided lotion in the bathroom, which is very helpful, because the hot water on shower was very hot on skin. The front desk workers are nice and kind, and response email very fast !
The cons: hot water in the shower is too hot, and feel burning on the skin when taking shower, even adjust to the lowest still burning hot.
And the hot water machine in the lobby was broken, so no hot water to drink in the cold weather, and breakfast is cold.
If they fix these two minor issues, I will gladly stay again ! Generally it’s a nice place.

I booked a one-week stay at this hotel, but the breakfast experience was incredibly disappointing. The facilities are inadequate; seating is extremely limited with only a few tables, making it nearly impossible to find a place to sit. The yogurt dispenser was difficult to use and frequently empty. Even when arriving at 8:30 AM, the station was already stripped bare—running out of eggs, fruit, yogurt, and muffins. The only fruit offered were oranges and bananas, which were also often out of stock. Overall, the breakfast service and management are very poor.

Location is near universal studio, but only 1 shuttle a day. It’s not convenient. The room fee includes the breakfast, but only bagel with butter and Jam. And definitely it’s not delicious.

The room hygiene was absolutely terrible. There was still hair in the bathtub, and the smell was so bad it could knock you out – it was a nightmare. As soon as I walked in, I was hit with a strong mildew smell. This was by far the worst accommodation of our entire trip.

This Spark by Hilton hotel seems to have been recently upgraded. The service was excellent and consistent, and the rooms were quite clean. It offers a standard continental breakfast; it would be even better if they had hot scrambled eggs and sausages. Parking is also convenient.
