This hotel is very nice, with a large area and a good environment. It is not far from theme parks and outlets. You can also play golf🏌️, recommended!

Property was well Managed. It had a variety of food options to choose from. And plenty of activities for both indoor and outdoor. Would highly recommend.

Unfortunately we checked out after one night. The hotel itself was lovely however the room, and beds were too small for a family of four for a whole week. Far too cramped so we left after one night.

no convenience at all！ the room cleaning is really bad! The There is a “shuttle bus” but due to the awful scheduling, it might as well not exist at all. We had to wait until 11 at night in the freezing cold due to scheduling errors! I live there for 4 days, the room smell like a toilet that hadn’t been clean for weeks. In a busy morning you have to wait at least half an hour for the elevator and if you do get one, you’ll be crammed like sardines. I can’t believe it’s a four star hotel. There are easily better ones out there.

Such amazing staff, beautiful property with so much to do, huge pool and free transportation to certain Disney parks! The restaurant four flamingos was outstanding and the drinks and food by the pool were fantastic not your average poolside service.

Loved the property, beautiful spacious room and good location. Disappointed that as a hotel guest we were charge $34 per day for parking and a $150 fee for our 4lb yorkie to stay (not a security deposit but a charge) Also no etiquette for their guest, people using elevator without a shirt on and only bathing suit, for an upscale hotel I found it to be tacky. I will never stay or recommend this property. We travel around the world and never dealt with the inconveniences of this property.

The staff was amazing! The shuttle service and onsite dining options were also very convenient. We will definitely be staying here again when in Orlando.

This is a perfect place to go to all the resorts and then just relax by the pool when you need a break. Perfect place for families.

This property is excellent, especially for families. They have a ton of activities for everyone to enjoy.
