Nice place but little bit old, in a very good place but just some smell in the room

I had a lot of concerns about the reviews saying the facility was old, but it was clean. It was a very satisfactory stay. I have great intention to visit again in the future.

The location is very good, opposite the Disney intersection. If you are going to Disney, I recommend this hotel! It is very convenient to play until late at night and get to the hotel quickly!

It's fine, but you have to pay the resort tax again. Orlando is a tourist city, so it is very clean and the law and order are not bad. The hotel has water and a swimming pool. There are relatively many food nearby and there are large supermarkets within walking distance. The hotel's air conditioner is not very good, the noise is too loud, and Gree's strange model.

There are free shuttle buses to the park, but after the epidemic, there are not as many shuttle buses as before. They leave according to time and are not very far from each park! There are restaurants nearby. The swimming pool is nice!

It is the typical Orlando hotel that one takes to go to reservation. For a weekend it's fine. could have a little more maintenance especially in the balconies of the rooms. The service is good and they are very friendly. They charge the parking separately from the reservation.

We stayed for one night of our family trip. Overall we had a wonderful stay. The service was excellent everyone was helpful and friendly. My teens loved the pools. The beds were comfortable but it was a little loud in our room next to the main road. Over all we would stay again.

The Valet guys were always so cheerful and chatty! We came down for a DisneyWorld trip so this hotel was a 10min drive away for all the parks.

Staff is very helpful and friendly. Room was very clean, and and daily service was excellent. Only minor issue, was the fitted sheet was too small for the mattress, and it kept punching up... No biggie.

The overall room was okay. It smelled very moldy and the air conditioner made such a loud noise throughout the night. I wasn’t able to sleep. I was annoyed and since it was only one day I stayed I didnt want to bother staff with changing rooms. The carpet needs to be clean it smells really bad

The room was on plaza# 4 and it had the feel of a cheap motel although we paid $170/night for 3 nights. The rooms are very outdated and not worth the price. And the room had ants. The elevator sounds like it is going to breakdown soon. The breakfast and pool were nice. The staffs were friendly but they were uncooperative when we requested a different room. I won't be recommending this hotel to anyone.
