The hotel's exterior is nice, but the interior is a bit dated and has a musty smell. They change towels and empty the trash daily, and a full room cleaning is done every three days. There's a shuttle service to Disneyland and Universal Studios, though the return shuttle schedule is a bit early. Location is perfect to downtown Disney. Friendly staff, quiet room and bed was clean, carpet was dirty. For a quick getaway just to sleep and run to the parks it’s a perfect place.

Sadly my flight got cancelled and I was deplaned from New York to Orlando. Explained to the hotel , trip customer service messaged them as well, but they didn’t want to refund!

For the most part, the room was OK. Feels a little outdated. There was a gap at the bottom of the door where insects can get in found one ant or two bugs actually in the sink but it wasn’t that bad, the bathroom is small. The toilet is too close to the tub having the refrigerator in the bathroom area to me feels not sanitary, but for the most part, it served its purpose we needed a place to stay while attending a convention. We did not use the pool. However, the pool looked nice.

This wasn’t my 1st time staying at the Rosen Inn Lake Buena Vista. They also keep the rooms nice and clean. The location is in the middle of everything . The pool and splash zone is very refreshing . There staff was 2nd to none. We always have fun no shatter when you or the time of year.

The room was pretty clean, and it even had a microwave. The surrounding area is nice, with plenty of dining options. They also offer shuttle services to Disneyland and Universal Studios. Plus, there's a small convenience store on the first floor where you can grab snacks and drinks.
