Find staff unhelpful reception said we had good view of park we didn’t
Asked for room cleaned in morning didn’t bother got back from park exhausted still not cleaned at 3.30
No water in room
Liked downstairs restaurant Eddie was marvellous
But everything else they couldn’t care less

I asked for cleaning on the second day, but they didn't do it, so towels, paper cups, coffee, etc. were not replenished.

It is most convenient to go to the movie city because there is a dedicated waterway for free boat ride. The restaurant downstairs is quite good, cost-effective, and the facilities in the room are complete and thoughtful, very clean
