The rooms and beds are spacious and the ceilings are high. The showers are well equipped with amenities, including a hair dryer, jumping gear, and conditioner. You can also use the indoor pool.

Awful, expensive, overpriced and small rooms. Parking 15 euros which came as a surprise as not noted on website. Double room tiny and bed felt like a small double as for 140.00 a room a night it's ridiculously overpriced, room so tiny couldn't move. Bed hard and uncomfortable, like sleeping on a slab of concrete. View was of a roof and outside air con unit. Tiny window, dark room. No milk in room for coffee and I booked three rooms and no milk or supplies in other rooms neither. No cups in rooms just a couple of paper ones in the bathroom. No tea bags, they supply tea leaves but no strainer. All just pointless, poor customer care and disappointing. I complained to reception about room size, no milk, cups, teabags and was basically told tough. I asked if I could be moved FOC but told no, even though there were rooms available. Deposit of 50 euros taken per room for damages. Just avoid, looks all nice and well furnished in the pictures but this hotel is really not worth the money, time nor experience.

I was having a great stay until this evening. After a day out exploring this lovely region I was excited to go to the sauna and pool area to relax. Another couple were there watching sport on their ipad. I asked them not to and they turned down the volume, so I could hear tinny sports commentators. This is not what I expect when I want to relax in the pool area and I chose this hotel over others and paid for this service. I complained to the girl on duty who did talk to them but said she could do nothing because they turned the volume down. This is terrible customer service, the pool area is not a sports bar. I will be making a formal complaint to Accor and Novotel about this. It has really ruined my trip.

Excellent hotel in a great location, the rooms are clean, the bedding is good. The swimming pool and hammam are clean and well maintained. The hotel restaurant is very good, the staff very friendly. Even the parking is a fault, to be recommended in Orléans.

A hotel that has just opened (August 2023). Everything is new, pretty, good quality. The rooms are spacious. For our part, we were able to benefit from two communicating rooms thanks to the Family offer. Breakfast is very good, lots of choice until the end of service (10am). The swimming pool is superb, the water was at the right temperature. There is also a sauna. Bath towels are available to guests. During our stay, a restaurant project within the hotel was being opened. In short, great experience. Only downside: a team of receptionists may be a little too young, lacking experience and training but who remain friendly.

We have just returned from a night spent at the Novotel de la gare, located just opposite it. Very nice hotel, now well finished and well up to par with other Novotels. Our executive room was large and very beautiful, top bedding and shower room also, with bathrobes, separate WC (in all rooms). Only the ceiling, in fact, is not finished, but that’s a detail… Quality breakfast, responsive and welcoming staff. Heated swimming pool, large, but overflowing on 2 and a half sides... so water everywhere and few places to put your things... 3 deckchairs and 2 benches available! This is the only criticism, but there is an indoor, heated swimming pool and that is already a very nice plus. We are within walking distance of restaurants, shops and a stone's throw from the cathedral and the Groslot hotel which you absolutely must see. In short, we really liked it!! And we will come back…

Brand new hotel, beautiful room with top bedding, don't look at the poorly finished ceilings. Very large swimming pool on the ground floor. Very warm welcome from the reception service who informed us about the restaurants open in the city. Hearty breakfast with good products.

The welcome at the hotel is very surprising. It is located in the restaurant at the bar counter. Room: We had to change rooms because we had unbearable sewer coming up. The ceiling in the room was dirty and unfinished. The new room was OK (below the Novotel standard we are used to). Unable to adjust the heating. It was freezing cold. The young girl at reception does what she can to satisfy the customer. His desk is wedged between the refrigerated cheese display and the beer tap! Not very chic. Restaurant: magnificent decoration but without atmosphere and lifeless. Damage. It might come later.

I stayed one night as part of a business trip. The hotel is very new with only 2 months since its opening. It is easy to access right in front of the station. The lobby is very large. I benefited from a professional welcome with respect for my All benefits (good drink and upgrade). The room was very clean, spacious and in a completely different style from other hotels in the chain. I was able to benefit from the swimming pool which was very pleasant but the water temperature could have been a little warmer. For the price paid, the value for money is beyond expectations. The hotel restaurant will not open until January 2024. Recommended if you are in Orléans.
