This is not just about staying in a beautiful chateau but more about a unique French experience. Jean Francoise is the perfect host who aims to make your stay as pleasurable as possible. He is a mine of information and is fluent in several languages. We chose to have an evening meal which was quite unique. Following aperitifs on the terrace we were invited into the dining room to enjoy an evening of culinary delight. Home cooked local produce intersperced with cider, wine and calvados made for an epic evening.
Breakfast followed after a peaceful nights sleep providing a wide variety of choice.
We will definitely return

Fantastic communication. Jean-François stayed in touch throughout our terrible 5hr delay from England and still managed to provide an excellent meal when we arrived at almost 10pm. The grounds are fabulous and the gates are locked in the evening. A small but delightful character hotel.

We stayed here back in July 2024 and I've been meaning to write a review for months. It's rare that I would bother after all this time, but we really loved staying here so felt compelled to share our thoughts. The grounds are lovely and the parking secure (good for classic cars!). Quiet setting, lovely rooms full of character, engaging hosts. The food is what makes this place particularly special - home made food, local produce & super tasty. The local cidres and calvados are also worth sampling. We look forward to returning some day.

Très beau domaine, avec plein de charme et entretenu avec goût, de delicieux mets au dîner et un petit-déjeuner copieux avec des produits régionaux. Un grand merci à Jean-francois pour son accueil chaleureux. Très belle rencontre avec une personne qui vit sa passion. Une région magnifique à decouvrir.
