Solo una notte in questa struttura, due coppie di amici in due camere. Ottima esperienza, camera e bagno comodi, confortevoli e puliti. Apprezzatissimo il garage privato e coperto dell'hotel. Direi + che ottima la colazione. Buona la posizione, meno di 10 minuti dalla piazza centrale di Orta. Anche l'altra coppia molto soddisfatta. Cosa non è piaciuto · Un solo neo: soggiorno troppo breve... Un appunto invece, una cosa molto sgradita, ma non a causa della gestione, ma di qualche ospite. Un cane in sala colazioni che continuava ad abbaiare durante la colazione... OK gli animali ammessi, ormai quasi in ogni struttura, ma i proprietari che permettono che il loro quattrozampe disturbi gli altri, è abbastanza fastidioso...

Hôtel bien situé. Anormal de devoir payer le parking sous l'hôtel. Les places de stationnement sont rares dans les alentours.

Che dire? La cosa che lascia sconcertati è l'arredamento della hall e delle parti comuni. Di primo acchito sembra che ci siano dei lavori in corso; poi ci si rende conto che invece si tratta di discutibili scelte d'arredamento. A parte questo, non c'è proprio di che lamentarsi.

Location ottima come posizione, stato altre volte, purtroppo questa volta si sono verificate carenze....
Mancanza aria condizionata pet guasto, e parcheggio non utilizzato perche pieno, pagato prima comunque rimborsato....

Though not in the old part of town, it is just a short walk. Easily found just 50 m from the roundabout at Orta San Giulio. We chose no breakfast, as it was ridiculous expensive - € 120 for 2 persons for 2 days - in the ********* app. Room was clean and OK and bed was fine. We had to search for a person at the reception a few times. Convenient parking downstairs is limited, so book in advance - price € 10 a day is OK
