De vloer van de kamer moest je niet met blote voeten belopen. Er waren wel slofjes maar dat is een heel gedoe midden in de nacht. (klein) spinrag in de hoeken tegen de de plafonds. De eerste dag vertoonden de handdoeken vlekken van onbestemde aard.
Wel elke dag schoon beddengoed!!!

Great hotel, lovely people, very nice stay!
Very nice, comfortable place. Really nice staff. Excellent food and wine at the restaurant. Great view of the lake from our balcony. Would stay again for sure.

Le spot est idéal et sublime. Bon accueil. La chambre est spacieuse avec un balcon donnant sur le Lac d'Orta. De trop : des toiles d'araignée sur le mur, en moins : un support valise, un deuxième oreiller et un minuscule écran TV. Le restaurant dans le prolongement de l'hôtel est parfait et délicieux. C'est notre deuxième séjour dans cet hôtel. Très bel hôtel avec une belle vue sur le lac d’Orta. Belle chambre, lits confortables, grande terrasse avec vue sur le lac. Le restaurant était aussi excellent et le petit déjeuner très complet (oeufs , viennoiseries, fruits frais coupés). Excellent accueil. Personnel agréable, souriant et toujours disponible. nous nous y sentons bien et nous espérons y revenir pour enfin monter jusqu'au monterole ! Meilleurs souvenirs à tous le personnel.

Peccato aver soggiornato per una sola notte. Tutto perfetto. Dalla pulizia, alla posizione vicino al centro, alla vista mozzafiato sul lago, senza parlare della cena che è stata ottima. La colazione abbondante e lo staff gentilissimo. Consigliatissimo
