Çalışanları çok ilgili, bizi rahat ettirmek için ellerinden geleni yaptılar, akşam yemeği nefis ve kaldığımız havuzlu oda harikaydı, evimizde gibi hissettik, bir daha Kapadokya’ya geldiğimizde mutlaka kalmak istediğimiz tek otel.

Ortahisarın en şeker insanları bu otelde diyebilirim, bizimle rezervasyon öncesinden beri ilgilenen güleryüzüyle Fatih beye, tatlı ve sempatik hem de bir o kadar kibar Esra hanıma, otelin resmen İsveç Çakısı olan, her şeye yetişebilen süper kahraman Murat beye, ve diğer çalışan restoranttaki adını unuttuğum bütün elemanlara çok teşekkür ederiz 😍 7 gün kaldık ve balayımız çok güzel geçti otelin açık büfe kahvaltısı, hijyenikliği ve rahatlığı mükemmel :) Ufak tefek sorunlarımız olsa bile şipşak anında hallettiler ve bu çok önemli birşey, tek sıkıntı yan komşunun susmayan horozudur 😄 Bunun haricinde Ortahisarın en temiz oteli en keyifli insanları Minia Cave 'dedir :) Antalya dan sevgilerle .

This place is really a well kept gem in Coppadoccia region. Away from the crowd of Goreme this is in Ortahisar region, a really great place to relax and enjoy the nature. And overlooking the valley. The hotel has great facilities and staff especially in the reception is amazing, sweet and helpful. I loved chatting with Fatih , he is ever helpful and cheery person. He always had great suggestions for tour arrangement and local eateries. And always greets you with a smile and invites you to share tea/coffee with him.

We checked in late at night but Mr.Fatih was so welcoming and helpful in settling us in to our room. The next day being our silver wedding anniversary, they gave us a complimentary upgrade to the king size room. Our stay was very comfortable and the staff was very helpful. A special thanks to Mr. Fatih and Ms. Isra for helping us with everything! Our balloon ride was canceled and we were finding it difficult to get another one for the next day. Mr Fatih and Isra helped get us a new booking and we were blessed to witness the magic of Cappadocia balloon ride! Thank you Minia cave hotel and the wonderful staff for making our stay a memorable one! We highly recommend this hotel to travellers to Cappadocia! Supriya

We stayed in Minia Cave for 3 days, half board, in a wonderful room with a top balcony. It was in a very central location and close to everywhere. Our view was wonderful, but we could not enjoy the balcony much because the weather was both cold and rainy at night. For cleaning, our towels, bed sheets and garbage bins were changed every day. When we had a problem, they tried to solve it immediately. The breakfast was open buffet and meat was sufficient. Dinner was very filling and portions were large. There was everything from soup to dessert, main course and fruit. A different type of meat was prepared every evening. Both the taste of the food, the approach of the business, the service and hygiene were very good. We left our hotel extremely satisfied. Thank you very much for everything.

The place is nice, the service is really bad. If the girl at the reception shows a smile it is saying a lot, it seems that she is doing the guest a favor by serving him. Our rooms are on the ground floor, 4 floors, no one even made the move to help with the suitcases. At night when I was leaving I wanted to open the door and the lady from her desk shouted LEFT LEFT, she didn't even try to stop. I would classify the breakfast as bad, we arrived to have breakfast and all the tables were dirty because other guests had already swept away, it is understood that the hotel knows how many people it has staying, there was no coffee, there was no bread, there was no juice. I felt that the place is beautiful, but the attention ruins the entire experience.

The overall cleanliness of the hotel was poor. We only had breakfast in the restaurant section, but all the vegetables are served in an unhygienic way, from unwashed plates and forks to tea glasses. I wouldn't recommend it to anyone and wouldn't come myself next time.
