I don't understand the positive opinions about this hotel. The beach, in reality it's a garbage dump, human excrement covered with paper, very unpleasant service (bald manager), rooms in a deplorable condition (mould in the bathroom, non-working TV), very poor food (practically the same every day and when something ran out it wasn't refilled, often there were no plates and cutlery), the area around the hotel is nothing special. P.S. The trip was organized with TUI, we don't recommend it

When we were first looking at options, we didn't know what to expect about this place because the reviews were so mixed. So thankful we went with it! It's just like the pictures, great family atmosphere, excellent service and incredibly kind staff. There were a lot of options for meals at the buffet, a stocked salad bar, fresh omelettes, fresh brick oven pide (pizza), and fresh grilled fish were among the food highlights. The rooms were very clean, and housekeeping came twice some days. The beach was super nice, very comfortable seating, and a magnificent view! While on the beach, servers would bring drinks all the time. It was truly an incredibly restful stay. I will be returning!

On 16.08. 2024 we went with my family to stay for 2 nights. We saw cockroaches in the first room we stayed in. They said they could not help because it was late at night and we had to sleep like that. The next day they disinfected the room. We told them that we had two small babies. They said not to enter for 4 hours and we could not use the room for 4 hours. When we entered after 4 hours, the room smelled of disinfectant. We wanted to change the room. At first they said it would not be possible. Then they changed it when we insisted. The day we were to leave the hotel, the sunglasses left on the sun lounger by the pool disappeared. We looked for them and searched but could not find them. The glasses are missing and if you find them, please let us know. We said if there is a camera, we told them until the hour and they said yes. We said look. They said okay. They asked what they were looking for and the glasses that I paid for during the 2 nights I stayed disappeared. It would be useful for people who will go to be careful about these issues.

A grassy beach next to the restaurant, bar and swimming pool. Everything is nearby. Being on the beach, we have 30m to the bar, the sea and the swimming pool. A lot of greenery and shade. And again, due to its size, you will always find free sunbeds whether at the pool or on the beach. Despite the season and full hotel occupancy, it is never crowded. On the left side of the hotel, walking along the beach, there are several pubs and beaches with the possibility of using water attractions (scooter, skis, etc.). But Cankurtaran Efe taught all the children who came with armbands to swim and sent them away. He does a great job. He also taught my son to swim and gave me the best birthday gift. A beautifully located, intimate and quiet hotel with its own coastline, a sandy and grassy beach and new sun loungers. Very clean sea with clear water, gently sloping bottom, perfect for snorkeling.
