Erg vriendelijke en behulpzame eigenaresse. Kamer was prima. Kussens waren echter erg dun en dat maakte het slapen iets minder fijn. Badkamer was schoon en douche werkte goed. We verblijven langer dan 3 dagen in de kamer, hadden wel verwacht schone lakens en handdoeken te krijgen, maar dat was helaas niet zo.

I booked my first mountain holiday at this nightmare hotel and ran away after only 3 days. In this hotel if you don't speak German you are nobody, you are practically ignored by the owner, very rude. Nightmare room, old and patched carpet, dirty and smelly, very small bathroom and not even a bidet. Sheets with holes and spiders in the room. Breakfast almost exclusively salty, they have little interest for Italians who love a sweet breakfast. Never again really.

Non mi hanno dato la camera per cui avevo pagato, ma una diversa, con vista sul retro verso un muro di terra rialzato molto vicino alla finestra, che ti faceva sentire in una tomba alta. The hotel charged all the room price, even if we cancelled in the given timeline during which 70% should have been charged and not 100%`! Moreover, they did not answer by phone once we cancelled by phone, neither by email.

We had a great time here. The owner was very friendly and made us most welcome. The hotel is up a small hill however we received a bus pass from the owner. The cost of the hotel was very reasonable and we used the local SPA for £20 which was great value.

I stayed 2 nights in late January. Good location, ample parking, ski storage, a few hundred meters walk from the city centre. The room small but comfortable, comfortable beds and warm duvets. The large and spacious bathroom. For me, cleanliness is very important and I must say that I found it impeccable. Good breakfast with a wider choice of savory rather than sweet. The lady who greeted us was very kind and helpful. If you are looking for support to devote yourself exclusively to skiing and therefore without particular requests or needs, it is ideal.
