I love the Dolomites. It has quickly become one of my favorite destinations in the world. Previously, we have stayed in Cortina but as a luxury travel advisor, I wanted and needed to check out the greater region. WOW, wow, wow. Ortisei is just magical, and it opens up accessibility to so many amazing hikes, rifugios, towns - what a fantastic location. Our stay at the Gardena Grodnerhof was PERFECT. I have a high standard especially for Virtuoso properties and they delivered on every level. The staff was incredible, extremely professional but so caring and warm. The rooms were perfectly appointed and generously sized in every category (we stayed in a 2 bedroom family suite which is dreamy for kids or couples traveling together!) and the spa is truly out of this world (seriously, better than any spa I've been to in the states, LOVED). They are embarking on a big renovation project that will be completed in the off season (opening back up in early December) and I cannot wait to see the additions, including a 3rd amazing restaurant! I will be recommending this piece of paradise to anyone who will listen, thank you to Alex, Simon and the entire team for such a wonderful experience.

Hotel con servizi di livello alto. Ci siamo stati (con questa) un paio di volte e ci torneremo sicuramente sapendo di poter trascorrere giornate in una struttura top, in una posizione molto comoda per godere della Val Gardena e delle sue meraviglie. Assolutamente consigliato

Ho recentemente soggiornato all'Hotel Gardena nel cuore di Ortisei, e non posso che elogiare ogni aspetto di questa esperienza indimenticabile. La posizione è semplicemente perfetta, a pochi passi dall'ovovia per l'Alpe di Siusi e per la Seceda, permettendo un accesso facilissimo alle meravigliose piste e ai sentieri escursionistici. Un plauso speciale va a Dhanesh, l'insegnante di yoga: preparato, attento e capace di creare un'atmosfera di totale relax. Le sue lezioni sono un vero toccasana per corpo e mente. Anche Luca, il maître di sala, ha saputo rendere ogni pasto un'esperienza unica, con la sua cordialità e professionalità. Tutto lo staff del concierge merita una menzione per la gentilezza e la disponibilità, rendendo il nostro soggiorno ancora più piacevole. La spa dell'hotel è di altissimo livello: un'oasi di benessere con trattamenti esclusivi e un ambiente raffinato. La cucina? Semplicemente eccezionale, con piatti che combinano tradizione e innovazione, utilizzando ingredienti freschissimi e locali. Senza dubbio, torneremo presto. Grazie, Hotel Gardena, per averci regalato una vacanza perfetta!

This is an excellent hotel where both the service and food is exemplary. We are a family of five and stayed for a week during August. It is perfectly positioned, close to the mountain lifts and the town centre, and has an expansive spa. The hotel really deserves its ratings.

Questa estate ci eravamo prefissati di festeggiare il compleanno di nostra figlia l'8 agosto al Gardena e ci siamo riusciti. Anche se eravamo lontani ma non troppo abbiamo voluto regalare a nostra figlia la magia di festeggiare i suoi 12 anni qui e la magia è stata perfetta. Sotto la sapiente guida del maitre Walter e del suo staff il pranzo è stato fantastico con cibi prelibati ed il finale con la torta e le candeline è stato il massimo. Sono ormai tre compleanni che siamo al Gardena e vorremmo esserci per tanti ancora. Grazie alla famiglia Bernardi per averci dato questa opportunità.

Hotel Gardena is one of the best hotels I have ever stayed in anywhere. You are greeted warmly when you arrive with drinks for everyone and gifts for small children. The facilities are incredible, including spacious rooms, a multi-level spa and a two-story playroom for children attended to by one of the staff on a daily basis. The food in the restaurant was delicious and our experience overall was wonderful. The hotel is located in the center of town, which makes it convenient to everything. We had the good fortune to meet the family that owns the hotel on our last day there. They were charming and warm, as were all their staff. We cannot not stop raving about our stay at Hotel Gardena and hope to return there one day.

This hotel has incredible amenities, an ideal location (close to everything but not on top of it) and a wonderful breakfast. But what we were most grateful for was the level of service by the reception and concierge staff. Everyone was so helpful and went above and beyond.

Da diversi anni veniamo in questa struttura sia d’inverno che in estate. L’atmosfera, il servizio, la qualità e l’attenzione per l’ospite sono straordinari. La SPA ed i nuovi servizi hanno raggiunto l’eccellenza. La qualità del cibo e la bontà dei piatti gourmet rendono il soggiorno indimenticabile. Walter e Luca sempre pronti a soddisfare ogni esigenza e quest’anno si aggiunta anche la grande competenza di Nicholas. Grazie davvero! Paolo & Kseniia.
