Struttura molto bella, con un panorama mozzafiato, personale gentile e disponibile. Area piscina/ centro benessere molto bella, la massaggiatrice molto brava, complimenti. Abbiamo mangiato bene, colazione molto abbondante, dolce, salata…per ogni esigenza, una bella merenda con torte fatte in casa, buonissime, a cena un bel buffet … tutto buono. La camera bella, pulita, bellissima vista. Se devo proprio trovare qualcosa di negativo il letto non proprio comodo e cuscini assolutamente da cambiare. Torneremo sicuramente!

Posizione eccellente, camere molto ampie e confortevoli. Pulite. Personale cordiale e professionale. Colazione mattino ottima abbondante e varia. Spuntino pomeridiano ben organizzato. Unica lacuna il cibo alla cena, non da 4 stelle.

Cibo molto buono, bella la SPA e l’arredamento in generale, ci siamo trovati benissimo. Forse un po‘ troppo affollata la Spa, e un po‘ troppi bambini rumorosi. La camera „Pino“ aveva un odore di aria stantia, ma è andato via abbastanza presto tenendo un po‘ aperto. In generale esperienza positiva e sicuramente da ripetere!

Soggiorno molto bello, location stupenda, bella area wellness con una piscina esterna calda favolosa La ns camera dolomite delux molto bella da cui si gode di un bellissimo panorama su Ortisei.Cucina buona e varia. Aspetto la neve per ritornare questo inverno.

Bella la struttura, molto pulita, compresa la zona benessere. La camera comoda e spaziosa, la.nostra aveva anche un ampio terrazzino con vista su Ortisei. Peccato che la camera degli adulti non fosse in qualche maniera separata da quella dei bambini. Discreta la cucina, per i bimbi però non c'era un'alternativa che variasse ogni sera. Wir waren zum wiederholten Male in diesem schönen Hotel, tolle , ruhige Lage , sehr saubere und geschmackvolle Zimmer,leckeres Frühstück und Abendmenue sowie ein fantastischer Spa- Bereich mit Bergblick und toller Atmosphäre! Besonders hervorheben möchten wir den Sauna- Aufguß mit Armin, welcher immer sehr professionell , lustig und aussergewöhnlich schön ist!! Anmerken möchten wir in diesem Zusammenhang, dass sich bitte auch die italienischen Gäste an die vorgeschriebenen Saunaregeln halten sollten und unötige laute Diskussionen mit dem Saunameister ( Armin) vermeiden sollten, da dieses der tollen und entspannten Atmosphäre schadet!

Struttura bellissima in un contesto naturale incantevole. Pulizia eccellente, spa di alto livello con moltissimi servizi inclusi. Buona cucina molto variata con possibilità di scegliere ogni giorno 3 portate tutte con 3 opzioni oltre a un ottimo e abbondante buffet per antipasti insalate e formaggi. Camera molto spaziosa curata e confortevole con tutti i servizi e un grande balcone con vista su tutta la valle le Dolomiti e il bellissimo giardino intorno alla piscina esterna. La location è vicina a moltissime località assolutamente da visitare, offre svariate possibilità di praticare sport o riposare in un ambiente davvero rilassante
