The American hotel in the UK has a beautiful environment and good service. Although the facilities are a bit old, it is very comfortable to use. The room is large and has a large garden. It feels good.

Very good location. Staff very pleasant and helpful. Room clean and spacious. Spa area really good. The food at restaurant is far too expensive, however there is a Harvester restaurant just across the road.

We would never stay here again the staff were so rude there was a lady manager the was so so rude. Also there was a constant beeping noise out side our room. And about 2am in the morning whilst we were sleeping someone from reception called the room phone and said that the smoke alarm in our room was going off due to someone smoking in the room. Both me and my partner are non smokers so it clearly wasn’t use. Worst hotel experience ever.

The hotel in Cambridge is fully booked. I found this hotel by accident. The surrounding area of the hotel is quiet, the rooms are large, and the service staff are active. There is no elevator in the hotel. You need to register for parking, but there is no charge. Dinner is at the hotel. The barbecue pork ribs tastes good.
