struttura splendida e accoglienza famigliare ..ottima posizione anche se poi il soggiorno era solo un pernottamento ..camere ben arredate e bagno sicuramente ampio e funzionale ..ottima la colazione e il servizio , possibilità anche di parcheggio interno molto comodo .. molto positivo il riscontro mio personale Grazie

We visited in May and stayed in the two apartments. The grounds are beautiful and very well maintained. It’s a great place to sit out and read a book, have wine with friends and enjoy the views, swim… We’re trying to find an opportunity to return and do a mix of vacation and WFH so we can stay longer. Francesca is a great host, knows Orvieto well and works really hard to make sure you have a great experience. She helped us with transportation for winery tours, restaurant and tour recommendations, when we wanted to relax outdoors with some Prosecco and fruit she made an amazing platter for us. She has a driver she works with that can take you into town, wine tasting… and you can message him when you need a ride back. The breakfasts are really good, I think most of the food is from their farm. It is a short walk into town and the views are beautiful, but it is pretty steep. I’m 62 and it was about a 15 minute walk. I’d usually walk into town most days but my wife and our friend we travelled with would usually take a ride in. We didn’t have a car but it was easy to get a ride into town from the driver she works with.

What an excellent stay and experience we had at Podere Sette Piagge!! The service provided and quality of the property very clearly exceeded our expectations. Our guest room was clean, spacious and well decorated. Owner Francesca was very focused on servicing our requests. She also very effectively arranged our transportation requests. The daily buffet breakfast was excellent - superb pastries, fresh fruits and plenty of other assorted items in a very comfortable patio setting. Just over the top in all aspects of our stay. Very highly recommend this property.

This place was like heaven! Driving into the property we were met (every time we came back from an excursion) by two very sweet and friendly dogs. Francesca was very friendly and helpful. Our accommodations were lovely and so comfortable. The bed and pillows also very comfy. Spacious private bathroom. Super clean property. Fruit trees everywhere. The entire property was just so lovely. It was October when we visited so the pool was closed. But there are many places to sit quietly outside to read or swing, or gather in the pavilion. The entire property is very picturesque. A play area was set up for little ones. Breakfast buffet was very nice. We ate way more than we should have! The old town of Orvieto is just a few minutes away by car. An easy drive. Or you could walk via a very steep hill. We chose the easy drive every time! Overall, such an endearing, almost storybook, place to visit. Don't miss it! We hope to return one day.

Poche parole : uno dei migliori agriturismi che abbiamo visitato...l'unica pecca è che ci siamo fermati solo una notte per spezzare un viaggio verso il sud !!! La camera era enorme e stupendamente arredata , un letto mai trovato più comodo , cuscino quasi meglio del mio di casa , bagno adeguato , vista su un bosco e sveglia con uccellini. Colazione strepitosa con buffet sia di dolce che di salato , bevande calde servite . Ma anche l'esterno è meraviglioso con giardino molto grande e piscina e tanti angoletti adatti al relax . Insomma...da ritornare assolutamente 😉

I liked the quiet ambiance and ability to walk up the hill to the old town of Orvieto. The breakfast was also very nice with excellent coffee.
