酒店新開張，乾淨整潔，房間里放了兩部空氣淨化器，沒有異味。員工親切有禮。我們訂的是套房，落地大玻璃窗外對著大阪城公園，景觀開揚。下午及夜晚還可以去20樓行政酒廊，上面有提供免費飲品及小食，但有時間限制，要留意。早餐種類不算豐富。地鐵天滿橋站步行8分鐘左右，交通方便。就在大阪城公園側邊，過對面馬路已是公園入口，如果有打算去大阪城嘅朋友推介入住。去心齋橋和海遊館都是在天滿橋站換地鐵，換乘一次半小時內可到達。去環球影城搭的士，去程不走高速，半小時左右，港幣$240，回程的士走高速公路，二十分鐘左右，港幣三百元。供大家參考😊

A new hotel that just opened on May 1st. The hotel is very new. The lobby is covered with opening flowers. The location is right next to Osaka Castle. The hotel environment is comfortable and the scenery is nearby. People who like tranquility will like it. I took a private car from Kyoto It takes about 45 minutes to come to this hotel. The lobby is on the 6th floor. The whole hotel is decorated around the flavor of Osaka Castle. The front desk staff is okay. I stayed for three consecutive days with a castle view. The room can see Osaka Castle. I enjoyed breakfast all day. The breakfast is average, not too many choices, not too delicious, and the breakfast in this hotel closes early, from 6:30 to 10 in the morning, with the last seat at 9:45. The staff is very punctual and will leave everything at 10 o'clock. The food was put away. The whole hotel was clean. There was no smell in the room. It was cleaned every day. I chose a large bed. The bed was very comfortable and large. The bathroom was separated from wet and dry. The room was very quiet and you could not hear anything from the neighbor or corridor. Sound, facilities only have a swimming pool and restaurants, but if you want to stay at this hotel location, if you want restaurants, convenience stores, and department stores nearby, there is basically nothing nearby because I take taxis every day. For me, It is convenient because there is a taxi waiting for you as soon as you leave the hotel. It is very convenient to go to Shinsaibashi Umeda from here. It takes about 15 minutes and the fare is about HK$100. I will stay here if I come to Osaka next time because I think Good value for money, about HK$1,600 per night

In line with Hilton's service standards, the front desk staff are very attentive and can communicate well in English👍 The breakfast is richer than expected, and you can enjoy the scenery of Osaka Castle in the restaurant and lounge. There are discounts for parking for residents, and the staff's instructions are also very clear. The hotel is not far from Tenman Station and can be reached in ten minutes. The scenery along the way is also beautiful.

Blind booking of this hotel was a pleasant surprise, the best value for money, very satisfied!
