Environment: The environment is very good, the lobby decoration is aesthetically pleasing, and there is a water station, etc. Service: Comfortable, friendly and efficient. The view in the room is great, and the city night view is in full view. The hotel is in a good location, at Umeda Station, it is very convenient for shopping; opposite is the bus stop directly to Kansai Airport.

The transportation is very convenient. Take the airport bus to the first floor of Kitee shopping mall opposite Herbts and take the elevator to the 29th floor. This hotel probably has no Chinese-speaking staff, so everyone communicates in English. Then I added breakfast a day in advance, but their front desk said they didn't have it, which delayed a little time. Fortunately, Ctrip's customer service replied in seconds and gave the voice to the hotel front desk to get it done smoothly~ Facilities: A very new hotel, and the bedding is also relatively comfortable Breakfast is something I regret adding. I didn't want to get up at first, but I heard that breakfast is delicious 😂 so I got up early! In the end, I really regretted it. In addition to this environment and free fruits such as honeydew melon, the rest are cold bread, salads, etc., and breakfast also has ice cream. Of course, you can order it yourself, but it's no different and there's nothing to eat. I don't understand why so many people say that breakfast is very good, just... I can't get it at all 😂😂 In general, the cost performance is not high, three or four thousand a night, if it's more than two thousand, I think it's about the same. The only thing that makes me think it's worth choosing is that the transportation is really convenient. There are shopping malls nearby. It's very easy to get here from the airport. You just need to take the bus.
