Best location

I decided on this place because I wanted to go to Universal Studios Tsuruhashi. It's about a 7-minute walk from Momodani Station. You can get to Universal Studios with one transfer. It's less than a 5-minute drive to Tsuruhashi. It's close by! The hotel is also Chateraise on the first floor. The best. The hotel is a room in a 1R apartment. It's clean and spacious. I'm glad I stayed here 😀

It is an apartment-style hotel. The girl at the front desk speaks very good English. The room is almost the most cost-effective in the same price range. It is 27 square meters and has a terrace for drying clothes. There are wardrobes and shoe cabinets, an open kitchen, and a dry and wet separated bathroom in the room. The sanitation is comparable to that of 3- and 4-star hotels in China. Since we arrived at the hotel before the check-in time, the girl at the front desk helped us store our luggage for free. We spent four days and three nights in this hotel and were very satisfied

The room is clean, the front desk service is good, and the hotel's Chinese prompts are good! The hotel is cost-effective! The check-out time is a bit early at 10 o'clock, but it doesn't matter if you get up early and leave for home that day! The room is close to the road and it is a bit noisy at night!

The hotel is conveniently located from the station, only within about 5-10 minutes walk, and there are two convenience stores nearby. The reason for staying was that the room type for 2 people offered last time was very large, but the room type offered this time is relatively small, maybe in peak season, which was a bit disappointing.

I've used it a few times. You can leave your luggage before check-in, and it's close to the station, so it's very convenient!

Large rooms, close to the ring metro station (3 stations to the castle and to the central station) and many Izakaya. Very convenient and great price.

The room is clean and tidy, and the most important thing is that it is very spacious. The price is reasonable. It is about eight to ten minutes walk from the subway station. Other than that, the room service is average.

Tsuruhashi Station is close to JR Momodani and JR/Kintetsu/Sennichimae lines. Although it is far from the city center, both Namba and Umeda are just a few stops away. In my experience, I felt like I was there in 15 minutes. Because it was a residential area, it was quiet and had pretty houses, so it was nice to walk around. There was a hospital near the hotel, so I could hear the ambulance, but it didn't bother me. I really liked that the room was large and had space to put my suitcase. The bed was large and soft, and the heater worked well. It was nice to have outlets next to the bed, on the dresser, and in the sink. It felt like they really thought about the users. When taking a shower, the hot water comes out well and the water pressure is good. Shampoo, conditioner, body shampoo, shower towel, comb, hand wash, etc. are provided. I think there was also a men's razor, but I'm not sure. The toilet flushes well too. There is a simple shelf in the sink, so it is convenient to place a toothbrush or cleansing foam. The man in particular was very kind, helping us make restaurant reservations and always greeting us with a smile. Thanks to the bright energy, we also felt better. If location isn't important to you, I don't think there's a place that's as cost-effective as this! I would like to stay again.

It was urgently saved due to a typhoon, and it was really the best choice. Choose to meet a safe, pleasant, tidy, and well-managed hotel:) I also liked the fairly large restaurant and daily goods store in front of the elevator. Useful store building picture taken from the Trad Stairs!

It's great to think that this level of maintenance and service is available at this price. It's not that far from major tourist attractions. If I go to Osaka again, I think I will make a reservation here.

Without front desk service, you can't rely on it when you have a problem. I made a reservation for the wrong date and wanted someone to help me, but probably because it was too late, I couldn't get through on the phone, and when I contacted them later through Trip, I was unable to cancel. If you just made a mistake on the date, I think it would be fine if you could move it because the room is available. There was no front desk, so we couldn't even talk, and they just took our money. I'm sorry.

Very close to Tsuruhashi Station. The room is new, clean and tidy, and has a balcony. You can store your luggage first. We returned to the hotel very late, and they also helped us deliver our luggage to the room, which was very considerate.

The hotel is a renovated condominium, and the rooms are spacious and clean.The bath and toilet are separate, and the bath is also spacious and very nice. It's in an excellent location near Tsuruhashi Station to enjoy Korean Town to its fullest. Although it says that the bed is a semi-double, there is nothing to say other than that it is usually a single size and small.
