Beautiful hotel, great location for subway and walking distance to Osaka station. Breakfast option is not great. The hotel is beautiful though and very comfortable and spacious room.

A great hotel with stylish design. A little bit of walk from Osaka station but manageable as it is close to the underground tunnel. A recommended place for those who want a more spacious room. A

Very spacious and clean room considering it’s 5 years old. Toilet can be a bit open for family/friends use, but otherwise the space is big enough. Bed was big and comfy. Lighting can be a little dim but it has a nice atmosphere.
Plenty of storage cabinet, and the apple TV was a great addition. Service staff are generally friendly. The building is also nicely designed.
Location is a short 10-15min walk to the main Osaka station so it’s quite convenient. Family mart is just a few steps at the corner so it’s good for those late night cravings.

What an exceptional hotel! The value for money is outstanding, especially given its location and the high quality of the rooms. Every aspect of this place exceeds even the already high Japanese standards. A nice touch was the incredibly comfortable pyjamas provided. Highly recommended!

The hotel has a festive Christmas atmosphere! The staff were nice and welcoming. Our room was also relatively larger compared to other hotels in the same price range in Osaka, which was a pleasant surprise.

Not the best location if looking to access osaka station. But plenty of shops and restaurants nearby. Also, no facial care supplies were provided but there was a coin laundry service which was convenient.

The hotel room is clean and spacious. The location of the hotel is okay. It is around 10 mins walk to Osaka Station. Since it is slightly away from the Osaka Umeda area, we did expect a quiet place, however my husband and I didn’t really get good sleep due to the noise from the street and occasional sirens (sounds like warnings for natural disasters).

Very nice contemporary hotel. No buffet breakfast only "a la carte". Not usual but that's the hotel rule. Very calm for a deep sleep. Good englush speaking at the reception. Nice bar and restaurant. I really recommand Zentis

Overall, the room was very clean, and well-equipped. There was no issue with communicating in English at the front desk. The only minor downside was that it’s a bit of a walk from the subway station, about ten minutes away. However, there’s a convenience store and a McDonald's downstairs, so we were very satisfied overall.
