Excellent location that we can always go back to put down things and go out again, staff is nice and helpful, all the amenities and facilities are decent. The room is big enough to walk around when opening 2 luggage.
Very appreciate the free bath salt. Family mart is the only convenient store brand around is a bit sad for us(Metro station Lawson is very tiny).
We loved the Smart TV that can watch youtube or cast from own smart phone.
Very satisfying 3 nights.

It's located at a convenience point and near Namba metro station. A lots of restaurants nearby.
The hotel is comfortable. Good to have green policy and only change the bed sheet in a regular time.

The hotel is in a very good location and very convenient. Near namba metro station and family art are around the corners. Staff were very helpful and friendly.

The hotel has an excellent location just opposite to namba station, can be reached by Nankai Express Train from airport directly.
There are a lot of local restaurants and shops around the area.
The hotel room is small but bed is comfortable.

Hotel is new & nice. A short walk to Namba subway station & Namba Nankai station (train to Kansai airport). It is also near Dotonbori & the shopping streets, eateries, malls & Namba park. I will definitely stay here again next time.

Location is good near to Takashimaya.
Room cleaning is not daily which I don’t like . They only change towel daily, without clean the room.

Walking distance to dotombori, kuromon market and Namba station.

Nice new hotel, very nice design and still well keep, if want to be near Namba will be great choice. Not much food nearby so need to walk abit for food 😀 will I be back ? Maybe if it’s prebook earlier will be cheaper.

Will definitelt come back on this hotel. Very clean and near namba station which has link to airport! Not so cramped unlike other hotels in osaka.

The location of this hotel is so convenient. Just a short walk to Namba station and Namba city. Also easy to walk to Kuromon market and dotombori. The hotel rooms are small but adequate. The coffee machine in the lobby is an added bonus.

Room is clean and nice but the location is a bit far from public transportation. Amenities provided is great.
