Room is spacious enough for 2 couples wheere it can fit 4 big luggage. Had free amenities and stratigically located beside Yotubashi station. 300m walk from shinsaibashi and dotonburi. Frontdesks are courteous and very helpful. They provide luggage delivery service to your next destination.

Perfect location to stay , definitely will come visit again. Highly recommended

The hotel is close to subway stations, convenience stores and the commercial area Shinsaibashi.

i booking two.month ago and i mistake booking a smoking room which i and my wife is not a smoker. After i.booking a week i.find out i mistake and i email to.hotel tell them that i want non smoking room. Two month later i reach smile hotel the staff still give me smoking room and i ask to change they not allow. we both suffer the smell for 4 night . My wife allery and never had a good rest fir 4night. The service of the staff bad bad bad

This is an average hotel without laundry. It’s a smile hotel that does not smile lol. However it is okay to stay for one night. Location not bad but not the best if you want be closer to shinsaibashi Amenities are just a basic

Staff were friendly and the hotel is situated right next to Yotsubashi train station. Really convenient place to stay at. Room was cozy and clean.

Staying at Smile Hotel was a pleasant 7 night stay. McDonald’s was a stone throw away and it is near 2 subway lines that have plenty of shopping and food. Our room at the 13th also have ice machine and some floors have vending machines. Thanks for the great accommodations!

The staff are professional. But just bear in mind it's really a budget hotel and it will be purely for functional staying purpose. There's no fancy artistic decor that will rejuvenate your senses.

The price is a little bit high at weekend. I don't think it worth. You have many choices nearby and better than it with this price.
