It is a new hotel with rich colors. It is located in the city center and is within walking distance of nearby lively places. There are supermarkets, restaurants, cafes, and bars opposite the hotel. Oslo's Chinese food is also good.

A beautiful room but experienced a number of disappointments.
Hotel guests must pay a supplement daily charge to use the swimming pools AND book at designated time slot. I have NEVER experienced this at any hotel anywhere in the world. I was in a premium room, but this policy applies to all guests, which I think is awful. It was also impossible to get a spa appointment during my stay. Zero preference given to hotel guests. I strongly suggest you book spa treatments at least a week in advance of your arrival. Also, there is no turndown service, unusual for a highly priced 5* hotel. Housekeeping also finishes very early, or isn’t interested in guests who don’t align with their schedule. I had to work in my room but left at 2:45pm and it was not cleaned despite signalling the room needed making up. The reception team were polite, but chaotic. Generally, the hotel restaurants seem more focused on catering to outside guests, which is a shame.

The number one new hotel in Oslo, Norway. The service is first-rate. The decoration design in the room is very aesthetic. The bedding is comfortable. The breakfast is delicious and rich. I ate 2 portions. I will stay here again next time. I really love it. !

The worst stay ever and the first negative review must be given to this hotel. I stayed on my own for three days and booked an extra room for one night for my companions on the first day. After checking out on the second day, my credit card was charged NOK 5,000 by the hotel. I asked the front desk and they were told that there was a fine for smoking in the room. I consulted with my travel companion and he said he was smoking in the bathroom. The problem was that he didn't know that smoking was not allowed in this room. Maybe I'm **, I didn't see a no-smoking sign in the room, no one reminded me when I checked in, and the 5,000 fine was too much! Equivalent to two nights' hotel expenses. This incident made my stay uneasy for the next two days, as I was afraid that there would be other deductions after I checked out. The room was so small that I couldn't even open my suitcase.
