The location was amazing, we had so much fun in the snow, The hotel is so fancy that booking doesn't show the true value of the amenities, The staff was extremely friendly although i don't speak Turkish, every one working at this hotel was totally professional from the door butler to their manager, The food was amazing i lhave never experienced the turkish and international food like that before. The room was large and big, and very comfortable. It was one if the beat experience i have ever had in turkey.

Öncelikle otel çalışanlarına ayrı bir parantez açmak istiyorum. Hepsi işine ayrı bi özgüven ve titizlikle yaklaşıyor. Özellikle mutfak ekibi ve Özkan Gedik Chef olmak üzere her şey mükelmedi. Yemeklerin lezzeti ve büfenin çeşitli olması yeterli düzeyin üzerindeydi. Ayrıca servis ekibinin güler yüzlü yaklaşımı ve İlhan beyin ilgi ve alakası bizleri çok mutlu etti. Tekrar tercih eder misiniz deseniz KESİNLİKLE tercih ederiz. Her şey için teşekkürler..

Kaya Uludağ’ı ilk gelişim 3 gün konakladık inanılmaz bir tatil geçirdik.Giriş yaptığımız andan itibaren Serkan bey hiç yalnız bırakmadı her konuda çok ilgilendi pist manzaralı oda rica ettim hemen odamız ayarlandı.Gün içerisinde defalarca istediğimiz bir şey var mı soruldu taleplerimiz anında karşılandı Lobide sürekli isteklerimiz karşılayan güler yüzlü personele teşekkür etmek istiyorum Mutfak inanılmaz her yaz çok fazla ultra her şey dahil otellere gittim böyle bir şey görmedim.Personelin güler yüzü masamızda biten suyumuzu hemen ilave eden en küçük ayrıntıyı bile gözden kaçırmayan müthiş bir ekip.Yemekler sıcacık taze ve çok lezzetli Izgaralar sıcak sıcak masamıza servis yapıldı.Sıcak atmosferi güler yüzlü ve işini severek tecrübeli personeli ile unutulmaz bir tatil yaşattıkları için öncelikle Serkan beye Mutfakta Özkan ve Gökhan şeflere ilgilerinden dolayı teşekkürler.Kayak odasında bana kayağı sevdiren Vahit hocamıza kızıma sabırla kayağı öğreten Kadir hocamız çok teşekkür etmek istiyorum.Normalde eksik ve kusur her otelde bulurdu burada bulamadım.Mükemmel bir yer Bursa Uludağ da gidilecek tek yer Kaya Uludağ’ı bundan sonra her aralık ayında burdayım.Unutulmaz bir tatildi her şey için sonsuz teşekkürler.
