The room I booked was an executive room, but it was downgraded to a superior room when I arrived. The front desk service was rude and uneducated. The bed sheets smelled of sweat and rotten, which was obviously a cleaning problem or the bed sheets and quilts should be replaced. There were many mosquitoes in the room, and I got 10 bites in one night. I will never stay in this hotel again, and I hope this Novotel hotel will be deleted from the line.

The room is spacious. The parking is convenient and free. The breakfast is regular Western style. There is a swimming pool but it is not open yet. Overall it is good. It can be recommended. The front desk staff is patient and helped to provide the route and method to visit Florence

Hotel was fine. Trip.com had not passed on the reservation to the children. Hotel made a compensation. The gentleman at the bar was not so friendly. We were immediately addressed that we were not allowed to eat there, while we had no food with us.

The hotel is close to the airport. We had dinner in the hotel. Overall it was good. The room was big, the breakfast was OK, and the parking was free. It was pretty good.
