Nous avons bien apprécié l'accueil et aussi la chambre.Le personnel est toujours très aimable et nous renseigne bien. Le repas et le petit déjeuner étaient très bien. Juste le matelas qui creuse de trop. Nous avons aussi beaucoup aimé la partie well-ness

Excellent. Par contre, l'eau de la salle de bain n'était vraiment pas chaude. Cette remarque n'enlève rien à la gentillesse est à l'efficacité du personnel. Peut-être ajouter que notre chambre était très agréable. Pourquoi ne pas mettre une cafetière à café et thé payants dans la chambre?

Het brood bij het ontbijtbuffet was van mindere kwaliteit , de bediening van zowel het personeel bij het ontbijt en de kamerpersoneel en restaurant waren zeer vriendelijke en gedienstige , onze aangepaste kamer voor rolstoel was uitstekend

Een leuk totaalpakket via de winterpromotie voor een zeer goede prijs. Ondanks de voortreffelijke maaltijden en de gezellige bar zijn er toch wat minpunten aan de kamers waar een renovatie zich opdringt. De verlichting (verschillende lampenkleuren, defecte LED-*****), de badkamer (onaangename geur + losse stroken aan de wastafel). Bovendien was er de t****e ochtend geen warm water ... en dit zou toch niet mogen. Misschien ook even kijken naar de buitenverlichting ... de T van 'HOTEL' is niet verlicht, en ook dit zou toch niet mogen.

De kamer was netjes en in orde. De t****e dag was er geen warm water in heel het hotel wegens technische storing. Dat was een tegenvaller. Het ontbijtbuffet is uitgebreid. Het hotel is goed gelegen , dicht bij dijk en tramlijn. Op de 4de verdieping hoorden wij (vrienden niet) een constant 'gezoem' van een brander ofzo. We waren er al voor de 4de keer en gaan ook zeker nog eens terug

UItstekende ligging en heel goed verblijf, met heel vriendelijk en hulpvaardig personeel. Goede lunch en uitstekend ontbijt. Na een wandeling langs de kust, genoten van de wellness en later de avond afsluiten in de gezellige bar.Hotel is zeer geschikt om de dagelijkse sleur eens te vergeten.

Het nieuwe saunacomplex in het hotel is waarlijk magnifiek! Zee/strand, winkelcentrum en resto's zijn vlakbij. De visbouillabaise is steeds super. Een tip : ontbijt tot 10.30 ipv 10 u.zou een meerwaarde kunnen betekenen / wat meer afwisseling qua muziek in de sauna's zou top zijn.
