Propreté : il serait nécessaire d'effectuer les poussières avec plus attention (ex.: accumulation de poussières sur les garnitures).
Veillez à un meilleur entretien des chambres (ex. : plaintes de mur décollées).

Eerder een 3 sterren dan een 4 sterren hotel. Vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel. Mooi ontbijtbuffet, maar wordt niet snel aangevuld. Vroeg opstaan is dus de boodschap.

Hotel cocoon had alles te bieden .Een vriendelijke verwelkoming .Goede informatie, Een nette kamer ,rustig en een goed bed.
En het ontbijt buffet was super.Echt van genoten van de bubbels,verse croissant enz..

Beautiful hotel with many personal touches to make you feel that you were staying somewhere special. We only had the breakfast once but have to say the choice, variety and quality of the food was excellent. All the staff we spoke to on reception were super friendly and very helpful. Would definitely recommend
