Hotel: Zimmer: Vernünftige Größe. Mobiliar in die Jahre gekommen. Bettmatratze und Sauberkeit i.O. Poolbereich: Sauber und ansehnlich. Restaurant: Aufmerksame und gute Bedienung. Preis für die Gerichte angemessen. Getränkepreise überhöht. Bei den Gerichten, Schlemmer- u. Franzosen- Schnitzel, Lerbacher Schnitzelpanne, Schweinefilet mit Spätzle, sollte man sich noch verbessern, weil hier schreibe ich nicht von einem Kostenfaktor sondern der Art der Zubereitung! Zum Beispiel: Spätzle selber machen, die Speck- Zwiebel- Schmand- Sauce vor der Rausgabe nochmal abschmecken, die Schweine-Medaillons nicht zu Tode garen. Beim Franzosen- Schnitzel, Buttergemüse anbieten, statt nur die vorhandenen Pommes.
