Als (fast-)Stammgäste waren wir diesmal über die ”Panorama-Suite” mit ihrem großartigen Ausblick sehr erfreut. Das Frühstück ist wie immer ”erinnerungswürdig” - der gesamte Aufenthalt war es auch, wenngleich (wie immer bei den Preisen ...) zu kurzu

Travemünde, the Baltic Sea & perfect weather The choice for the Maritim Hotel was simple because at this time little rooms were still free. The pictures have convinced and Maritim usually has a good standard. Yes, the hotel is in a high house (3-13 floors are reserved from the Maritim as guest room) which I know also from other hotels. Three lifts with max. 3 people naturally lead to long waiting times. The worse is only ”ONE” lift to the deep garage with definitely max 3 people (with baggage rather only 2). This lift also leads to wellness area so very long waiting times. Well, the reception lacks desirable, because no instruction to the hotel, the parking ticket was only dipped on demand next day and the card for free use of the beach was also issued only on demand. Breakfast in the sea can be very different, for example, here was the coffee speciality (Latte Macchiato) extremely bad & coffee in the morning is extremely important or? Good was for example the salmon, which I can expect at the sea. But only to offer salmon I found disappointing.

There were few washable latches, but they were constantly out - concept with all inclusive only for children and not for adults we found irritating. Children can lunch, adults sit next to and eat the rest. Why don't take a little more money per night and everybody gets a snack? Just with water for dinner: children get water carife (water us the line) and adults should pay the same water that is available for free until 17:00? ! That is irritating at EUR 300 per night. In many hotels at this level, however, it is also standard in other countries. Please change this, here you can easily point - on the outdoor area only a minimum number of games. Here is saved at the wrong end: Why not put any more sand toys simply in the sandboxes? Although you could get to the reception, it's nervous to always walk. Pukys partly with deficiencies - Reduce constant extra costs - sunscreen for beach, sauna clothes etc. We understand the concept of sustainability, but at EUR 300 night it is badly functioning, constantly paying more amounts. and if you ask for the money, then justify why doing so (e.g. refer to sustainability or sauna clothes etc.) - buy bicycle trailers for children who can't sit yet All in all a very nice one Stay, you note that the hotel is still in the children's shoes and can be even more adapted to the customer's needs. Kitchen really excellent and very exceptional, just because we would go back - and we're happy if you work on e.g. points

Wir waren in dem Hotel/Motel für 3 Nächte. Das Hotel befindet sich in einem Industriegebiet. In der Nähe befindet sich Mc Donalds sowie andere Fast Food Restaurants und ein Lidl. Der Bahnhof ist mit den Buslinien 3, 10 und 1 in ca. 9 Min zu erreichen. Man sollte bedenken das die Lautstärke von der Straße relativ hoch ist. Das Zimmer war mäßig Sauber. Es wird nur alle 3 Tage im Zimmer gereinigt was ich vorher nicht wusste. Der Müll wird nicht weggebracht und es wird auch kein Toilettenpapier nachgelegt. Man kann sich vorstellen das am dritten Tag das Zimmer schon sehr unschön aussieht. Es gibt in dem Hotel nichts ( Kein Fitnessraum, keine Rezeption, keine Bar und keine Lounge) Frühstück ist im Vier Jahreszeiten nebenan möglich für 20€ pro Person oder 10€ pro Kind möglich.

I have been visiting this hotel for over 10 years (expect during Covid). As an amputee (5 yrs ago) and in a wheelchair, the rooms are excellent and have safe and secure wc & shower seat. Staff are just the best in the business. Breakfast has been good for all the years I have visited and the restaurant manager is the same wonderful lady for 10 years. Nothing is too much trouble and good underground parking plus a large lift. 99% perfect just a new mattress which make my room 114 100%. Well done IBIS Germany. Perhaps a few Euros more than it should be even with an Accor card.

FÜR MICH POSITIV: 1. Sehr kurzer Laufweg vom/zum Hauptbahnhof. 2. Nur ca. 10 Minuten Laufweg zur Altstadt und zum Wasser (Trave). Bspw. ist sehr nahe Holsten-Tor gelegen. 3. Supermärkte, Drogeriemärkte u.ä. in Laufnähe. 4. Alles sehr sauber. FÜR MICH PERSÖNLICH NACHTEILIG: 1. Laut | wenig erholsam: 1.1 Laut aufgrund der Lage: Das Hotel liegt wirklich unmittelbar an mehreren Bahngleisen, einer (für Lübecker Verhältnisse) stark befahrenen Straße und aktuell kommt noch ein größerer Baustellenbereich dazu. Bei offenem Fenster Ruhe zu finden, war nur bis zum nächsten Zug alle paar Minuten möglich. Das Fenster war also zwangsläufig geschlossen. Vor allem bei sommerlichen Temperaturen und wenn man zu zweit im Zimmer ist, wenig erholsam. 1.2 Laut aufgrund der Badlüftung: Die Badlüftung lief durchgängig 24/7. Wenn man das Licht im Bad anmachte, noch lauter als so schon. 2. Sehr klein: Für ein Doppelzimmer sehr klein. Vor allem wenn beide Gäste Gepäck haben, äußerst schwierig. Zwischen Fenster und Bett war nur ein ganz, ganz schmaler Bereich zum Laufen (siehe Foto). Mein Koffer lag zwischen Bett und TV-Wand. Da ist dann vom Fenster her aber kein Laufweg mehr frei (siehe Foto). 3. Kaum Ablagemöglichkeiten: Es gibt nur zwei kleine Nachttischchen, eine Ablage/Tisch gleich neben der Badtür (links unten im Foto) und ein schmales hängendes Regal mit 3 Fächern (ganz rechts am Rand des Fotos). Eine Garderobenstange bietet 3 feste Kleiderbügel von denen 2 von mir zwangsläufig für Handtücher genutzt werden mussten, da es im Bad zwar Haken gab, die Handtücher aber über keinerlei Schlaufen verfügen, an denen man sie hätte aufhängen können. Auch gab es keine Stange oder Handtuchheizung, an denen man die Handtücher hätte aufhängen können. 4. Bad: Handtuchsituation siehe vorstehend. Keine Taschentücher/Abschminktücher. Kein Vergrößerungsspiegel zum Schminken ＞ Ich bin nur 1,65m und musste mich dadurch sehr über den breiteren Waschtisch / das Waschbecken verrenken, um mich für den Arbeitstag schminken zu können. 5. Vorhänge/Sichtbarkeit: Am Fenster gibt es nur einen dicken Vorhang. Keine lichtdurchlässige Gardine. Also: Entweder man zieht den Vorhang zu, sodass der Raum dadurch für die gegenüber auf der anderen Seite der Gleise liegenden Häuser nicht einsehbar ist - sitzt aber im Stockdunkeln bzw. muss auch tagsüber die Lampen anmachen. Oder man lässt den Vorhang offen und zeigt sich ggf. auch mal nackt. Muss man mögen. 6. Keine Minibar bzw. kein kleiner Kühlschrank, um v.a. bei sommerlichen Temperaturen mal etwas Essbares/Trinkbares reinlegen zu können. 7. Preis: Aufgrund all der vorstehend angegebenen Punkte sind 73 Euro/Nacht ohne Frühstück und für nur eine Person für mich persönlich zu viel.

Freundlichkeit der Mitarbeiter und Service waren hervorragend! Zimmer war super und das Housekeeping absolut perfekt! Das Frühstück hatte eine große Auswahl incl. aller Getränke, für mich blieb kein Wunsch unerfüllt. Die verantwortlichen Mitarbeiter waren sehr aufmerksam und hilfsbereit!

We were here four nights with a group trip, room very dated, various things broke and room wasn't clean. The floor was a lot of sand and hair of the guests before. 'The morning asked to clean it, but the evening did not, when he returned, and then the gentleman wasn't all the dust. Other guests told us they had a room with a terrible smoke air. This can't really be. Breakfast is fine. enough offer and delicious. Dinners are also good. Also friendly staff in the restaurant. The staff at the reception is not very friendly. Is the hotel's visiting card. This can be much better for us never again this hotel. However, 2 stars because the food was good
