Breakfast was horrible, only eggs and dry sausages. Cafe machine not working , no selection for breads or pastries, only 1 kind! The ac in the room was broken and when you opened the window the street noise was unbearable. Bed was hard and it felt like sleeping on the floor. I paid for king bed and got 2 twin mattresses pushed together. Never again!!!!!!

Die Dekoration im Empfangsbereich mit den vielen ausgestopften Tieren ist etwas bedrohlich. Die Terrasse ist keine Terrasse sondern der Hinterhof zum angrenzenden Parkplatz. Das Personal war freundlich. Die Zimmer waren gr0ß, allerdings sehr, sehr renovierungsbedürftig. Die Betten waren nicht wie beschrieben Doppelbetten, sondern zwei zusammengestellte Einzelbetten. Das Badezimmer hingegen schien neu saniert zu sein. Insgesamt aber ganz nett. Die Ausgehmeile, in der das Hotel liegt, ist nichts für Familien, da braucht man starke Nerven. Das Frühstück war sehr gut, merkwürdig war, dass wir im riesigen Frühstückssaal die einzigen Gäste waren. Der Weg zum Frühstück führt über die Hotelbar, die sogenannte „Military Bar“. Und da vergeht einem der Appetit: Eine Hotelbar, die dekoriert ist mit Raketenmodellen, mit Waffen, mit Torpedos, Tarnnetzen und Schussatrappen…da dreht sich einem der Magen um, schon vor dem Frühstück. Sonst war alles tippitop.

Old hotel. Placed in the area with a lot of bars so it’s extremely loud during the hole night. And I really mean extremely loud. The staff was very friendly, service minded and really did everything they could to help out. I got my room at 11 when check in time was from 2 pm.

One of the worst hotel experiences I have ever had. In my opinion, this hotel deserves 2 stars at most. Old and worn furniture in the room, old, worn towels, dirty carpet. There was no heating, and WiFi was a joke-it didn't work at all. Walls are very thin, you can clearly hear your neighbours. No one cleaned the room for 2 days. Never again.

- Rooms are noisy due to thin walls between the rooms and the location next to several night clubs. - Elevator is so slow you're better off just taking the stairs, wich have little to no lighting. - Rooms smells like mold. - It's not really a 4 star hotel, 3 stars max. - No trash bins in the rooms. - Unfriendly staff seemingly not giving a damn about your comfort - Staff has to open the door when going in and out of the hotel. Had to wait for 5 - 6 minutes outside before they let me in a few times during my stay at this so-called 4 star hotel. - Stairs and hallways are equipped with sensors regulating the lighting, but it doesn't work properly - or at least underdimensioned, wich resulting in a cheap and creepy vibe over all.

Worst hotel experience in my life. Very unfriendly staff. Very Loud music all night from the bar opposite, till4 am. Hot water only at certain hours of the day. Terrible pillows. Breakfast was poor. Never again. Definitely not a 4* hotel. By the way, the 4* certificate on the wall expired in 2020.

Very good hotel. Great location, busy street with bars and restaurants (a little noisy, but it didn't affect your rest). Great coffee. Very kind and correct service (they changed the room for a better and cheaper option). I recommend!
