The hotel was spotless throughout and the rooms were fantastic. Strong WiFi and good air conditioning made it a comfortable experience. However, the best was the food. Breakfasts buffets were well stocked and the evening meals were very good indeed. I particularly enjoyed the broccoli cooked just like my mother used to. One slight misunderstanding about a drinks price policy during the Italy match was quickly addressed and resolved by the staff. Indeed the highlight of our stay was the pleasantness and efficiency of the staff for whom nothing was too much. Thank you all.

E' la terza volta che ci fermiamo in questo hotel e ogni volta ci siamo trovati benissimo. Vicino al centro, pulitissimo, stanze belle e ben tenute, personale molto cordiale. Anche il ristorante è ottimo. L'unico appunto in questo caso riguarda la temperatura molto calda all'interno della sala. Comunque un'esperienza ottima, anche questo terzo soggiorno.

Nice hotel with clean, spotless rooms and good service. However, a sour note in that during the Italy football match, non residents were afforded a 30% discount on drinks but we residents weren’t treated the same way. Left a sour taste. For the amount it would have cost the hotel, they lost the goodwill of me and several other residents. Not the way to run a hospitality business. I won’t be back.

Nice hotel, bedroom and bathroom (no bath) modern and nicely decorated. Staff very pleasant and helpful always. Disappointed that there is no outdoor communal space or garden also no swimming pool. Food was ok a good selection for breakfast dinner average, we were part of a tour group. The restaurant did have a different menu for non tour members. No staffed bar or lounge area for after dinner drinks. A 20min ascending walk to town centre on rough/uneven footpaths.

Minimalist boutique hotel about half a mile's walk into the centre of Ostuni. Very clean and comfortable though the interior is rather dark and with a curious layout. The restaurant is at the top but the breakfast room is on the ground floor. The buffet breakfast was OK but kept having to be replenished as the food trays were far too small. Our bedroom was very quiet and spotless with a large comfy bed. Aircon worked well here. The square shower cubicle was far too small for the dual-head system. Food in the restaurant was good but here is the one big problem - there is no air-conditioning! This is unforgivable in summer temperatures and completly spoils the dining experience. Leaving the doors onto the terrace open simply admits more warm air. Even some floor-standing fans would've helped to keep the temperature tolerable when having dinner.

Het hotel ligt aan een doorgaande weg, deze wordt druk bereden, ook door doorgaand vrachtverkeer. Rustig op je balkon zitten als je een superior met uitzicht geboekt hebt is er dus niet bij, wij werden gierend gek en hebben om een andere kamer gevraagd vanwege de oorverdovende herrie. (zonde van het geld dus) Het zwembad wat bij de villas hoort mag niet gebruikt worden door hotelgasten (in tegenstelling wat je op het internet kan lezen) De bediening is wel erg vriendelijk en doet veel om het naar je zin te maken. Het ontbijt wordt in een aparte ruimte geserveerd en is , zoals gebruikelijk in Italie, karig maar voldoende De ligging van het hotel tov de oude stad is prima, op loopafstand veel keuze aan restaurants. Schoonmaak is prima, kamers ook goed, bedden perfect. Wij hadden het ons anders voorgesteld maar met de kamer aanpassing die men aangeboden heeft hebben we toch lekker kunnen relaxen na een dag op pad te zijn geweest. Het is zeker geen hotel om ook “lekker aan het zwembad” te relaxen na een drukke dag touren (tenzij je gebruik maakt van de betaalde spa)

Questo hotel è stata la location dell’addio al nubilato di una mia cara amica. Tutto è stato curato nei minimi dettagli dal team di Hotel Monte Sarago. Abbiamo scelto il pacchetto “Sweet Bride” che prevede l’uso della spa in esclusiva, massaggio total body per la sposa e la cena. Gli ambienti sono puliti e molto curati. La cena è stata deliziosa, complimenti davvero allo chef ed al suo team. L’atmosfera creata con le lucine nel ristorante ha fatto da cornice ad una serata davvero indimenticabile. Un doveroso e caloroso ringraziamento è per Teresa Saponaro. È una persona gentile. È stata il fulcro dell’organizzazione poiché sempre disponibile ad ascoltare e supportare i preparavi di questo evento. Si evince che il suo lavoro lo svolge con passione perché ha curato curato ogni dettaglio in maniera eccellente. Grazie davvero per la Vostra ospitalità. A presto.
