Such a perfect little getaway near the Christmas markets of Strasbourg. We stayed here in December and were delighted with our pink wallpaper room that felt so classic. The staff was lovely and it was such a cute space. :)

Das Gebäude hat seinen Charme ( leider ein bisschen in die Jahre gekommen, kein Spa und kein Pool), Lage ist toll ausser der grossen Mückenplage ( dagegen wird auf der Terrasse und im Zimmer nicht viel unternommen), das Restaurant, immer ausgebucht und trotzden fast leer. Kaut Reception nur kleine Kapazität. Die Gäste sollten im Vorfeld darüber informiert werden. Anscheinend hätte das Hotel dieses Jahr schon zugemacht werden sollen, nun ist es für das nächste Jahr geplant. Dies erklärt die unmotivierten Mitarbeiter, weil unser Zimmer wurde über 3 Übernachtungen nie geputzt. So stimmt Preis - Leistung nicht. Schade

Sehr schönes Gebäude, das an einer herrlichen Lage liegt. Leider eine richtige Mückenplage. Aber das wars dann auch schon. Wir konnten als Gäste nicht mal hier Nachtessen...anscheinend ausgebucht obwohl das Restaurant fast leer war. Frühstück war gut. Personal auch freundlich bemüht. Unser Zimmer wurde über die 3 Übernachtungen nie gemacht. 2 Einzelbetten habe ich gewünscht, gab es auch nicht. Dusche tropft nur. Pool ist auch geschlossen. Es trifft voll zu, das Hotel ist in die Jahre gekommen und es wäre angebracht sich dem aktuellen Standard anzupassen zumal es ja auch nicht gerade günstig ist hier. Habe ein bisschen mehr erwartet.

L’environnement est magnifique avec un grand parc arboré. Possibilité de raccorder sa voiture électrique. Les chambres sont spacieuses, le personnel accueillant. Présence d’un espace SPA qui mériterait une rénovation pour être au standard de ce type d’établissement, mais sympa quand même. Nous avons pris un soin de 20 minutes très relaxant.

Das Hotel ist sehr schön und die Lage direkt am Fluss, der schön angelegte Park ist traumhaft. Das Personal ist sehr nett und zuvorkommend. Die Zimmer sind im Stil des Schlosses eingerichtet und sehr sauber. Das Frühstücksbüffet ließ keine Wünsche offen und auf der Terrasse, mit Blick auf die Ill, war es sehr idyllisch. Es hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Leider gibt es 2 Kritikpunkte, die jedoch dem heißen Wetter an dem Wochenende geschuldet sind. Das Hotel verfügt nicht über eine Klimaanlage, so dass wir nachts die Fenster weit offen hatten. Da es keinen Insektenschutz gibt, war das eine Einladung für die Mücken. Selbst ein Spaziergang um die Mittagszeit am Wasser war wegen der Mücken unmöglich. Nichtsdestotrotz war es ein sehr schönes Wochenende und ist auf jeden Fall eine Empfehlung wert.

Karaktervol hotel met charmante slaapkamer en ruime badkamer. Er is een prachtige tuin waar je kan in verpozen. Wij hebben in het restaurant het 3gangen diner menu geomen. Zeerlekkzr en absoluut een aanrader! Heel vriendelijk personeel. Wij komen zeker nog is terug als we in de buurt van Strassbourg moeten zijn.

L’hôtel est situé dans un immense parc arboré traversé par la rivière l’Ile. - accès : * facile, grand parking gratuit, 2 prises pour VE. - accueil : * personnel souriant, très professionnel. - chambres: * nous avions une grande chambre de 20m2 avec salle de bains baignoire et douche, toilettes séparé. * le lit est immense et confortable avec double oreillers * Wifi gratuit * bouilloire avec café et thé de grande qualité * vue sur le parc, aucun bruit - Petit Déjeuner: * en tout point parfait, thé de Chine de grande classe, saumon fumé, salade de fruits, en bref un PDJ continental de qualité. - restaurant : * très belle salle lambrissée, terrasse extérieure. * nous avons pris un pavé de truite avec petits légumes et pâtes fraîches, nappé d’une sauce au beurre blanc, un délice. * service très professionnel. - bar: * intérieur et extérieur, très agréable. Un seul petit reproche, pas de climatisation dans les chambres. Par contre on peut ouvrir la fenêtre donnant sur le parc pour trouver de la fraîcheur.
