Hotel bien ubicado a la entrada de la ciudad donde hay facilidad de aparcamiento, es bonito pero muy muy descuidado, y para mi no merece 4*, si acaso 2. Contraté una doble superior que es bastante más cara y carecía de servicios que se incluían según su web como el albornoz y películas gratis. Reclamo en recepción ambos servicios y además la TV no tiene conexión a internet, por lo que el servicio de SmartTV tampoco funciona. Me indican que solucionarán lo del albornoz sobre la marcha y del tema de las películas no tenían ni idea. Al dia siguente seguimos sin albornoz y sin el resto de servicios, la respuesta de la señora, señorita o lo que sea que estaba en recepción es que como ya nos habíamos duchado el día anterior pensaban que ya no nos hacía falta. Con eso deduje que la responsable no se lava todos los días, piensa que el resto somos igual de desaseados. El personal te dice a todo que si pero luego te ignoran. Experiencia muy pésima, no recomiendo este establecimiento

Hotel bien situado. No tiene parking pero se puede aparcar en la zona sin problemas. El interior es muy bonito. No tiene ascensor. La habitación está bien. Cama cómoda. La silla incomodísima. Las cortinas están rotas y no se pueden cerrar bien. En baño no es cómodo. No tiene repisa para dejar las cosas. Lo peor de todo es el ruido que produce la maquina del aire acondicionado. Si dormís en el hotel llevar tapones para los oídos. El personal de servicio es muy agradable. En resumen para tener la calificación de cuatro estrellas tiene muchas deficiencias.

Nefasto. Sucio, humedades, ruidos, baños sucios.......no volveré, todo lo que esperas se cae por los suelos. No cojen el telefono. La tele no funciona....,la ducha rota, la pared rajada de la humedad, el suelo sucio... .y me callo ya porque es una pena

L'hôtel a beaucoup de charme même si cela frise le vieillot un petit peu. Il faisait particulièrement chaud cette nuit-là et le personnel c'est mis en quatre pour trouver une solution pour nos enfants qui n'arrivaient pas à dormir. Petite piscine mais bien agréable pour les enfants

een prachtig typisch spaans gebouw, deels 18e eeuws. vriendelijk personeel. het heeft wel wat achtrstalig onderhoud. losse tegels, bladderende verf. vooral de badkamers kunnen wat renovatie gebruiken, hoewel ik begrijp dat dat moeilijk is in een dergelijk oud gebouw.
