Great hotel from arrival to departure. Friendly welcome on arrival and helped me get a quite top floor room. Room does need some TLC though but great hotel and location. It drops a star as the restaurant wasn't great. For the evening meal they appeared to run out of the main bottled lager and the food wasn't that special. Got a weird email before the visit about the restaurant moving, not sure if it is or has. Still a great hotel to stay at though.

We were arriving late but the reception staff were fabulous after we called ahead - they went across to the restaurant to make sure we could get a meal - going above and beyond - Thankyou- The room was clean and comfortable and the hotel is an excellent base for travelling to North Wales

We stayed for one night in room 8. The beds are really comfortable and the room was very clean. The bathroom although clean and functional was looking a little tired and in need of updating. We had the meal deal which included dinner and breakfast. We both had steaks for dinner which were very good and we were served by John who was very attentive, polite and really looked after us. In the morning the breakfast was very good and enjoyable. The accommodation is basic but was ideal for what we needed . The food is excellent value and really good quality. A great stay and reasonable priced and we would not hesitate to stay again.

Great service by Jack in the restaurant. Very friendly and cheerful. Food was served hot and delicious. Great work! Plenty of parking spaces for overnight stay. Room was very clean and tidy on arrival, no complaints there. Bed is comfy as you would expect from Premier inn.

The room and bedding great as usual. The noisiest room we have ever stayed in at a Premier Inn. The door that leads to the lift and stairs banged every time someone went through it. Our room was next door. ROOM 1. Give it a wide berth. Breakfast next morning was more than acceptable. It was served by John who was excellent at his job.

Stayed here as my son was attending an open day for a local college. Perfect stay and highly recommend. The Room was clean and what you would expect from a premier inn. Alfie who served us for our evening meal and breakfast was superb. Thankyou again. X

I'd like to commend Manager Louise and her staff for their friendliness and willingness to be of help. They worked hard and made us welcome and we'll-served in a straightforward manner. Cody looked after us very well at dinner, as did the breakfast staff. Good food too.
