Beautifully situated on a hill, the Masseria dei Monaci is the ideal starting point for tours in and around Otranto. The rooms are nicely furnished and spacious, though the Wi-Fi signal in the rooms is unfortunately quite weak. The breakfast buffet is good but could have more variety. The staff is very friendly and helpful, and the entire property is well-maintained. There’s a lovely pool. For a top rating, just a bit more attention to detail is needed—such as some fruit or a bottle of wine in the room ...or a small gesture upon departure.

MASSERIA DEI MONACI ....vorrei dare non 5 stelle ma 10 ! Tutto perfetto dalla location l'ordine ,la pulizia ,l'arredo ricercato , la colazione sublime....il buffet è eccezionale,le torte di nonna Rita ..la crostata alla crema di limone è fantastica ...tutto fatto in casa e si sente . In questa masseria si respira serenità e pace . Il tutto grazie alla cordialità della gentilissima signora Germana e delle sue collaboratrici ,si percepisce che lavorano con amore ! Il tutto ha reso il nostro soggiorno indimenticabile . Grazie di cuore ❤. Katia e Gio'.

The Masseria is beautifully designed, intimate and a quiet retreat from the bustle of Otranto centro. The rooms are modern and, impeccably clean and very comfortable. The grounds are beautiful. Stay for dinner. The food is delicious and beautifully prepared.

Super endroit d une rare propreté personnel aux petits soins tout est parfait. Les chambres avec un super décor ainsi que les extérieurs ,le personnel toujours disponible pour le moindre renseignement et agréable. L'endroit est juste magique

Nous ne pouvons que recommander ce merveilleux endroit! Nous sommes restés 2 nuits et nous avons trouvé ça beaucoup trop court! La masseria est extrêmement bien entretenue, l'endroit est vraiment magique, face à la mer, le personnel est adorable et très prévenant. Nous avons mangé une fois au restaurant et nous nous sommes régalés, le petit déjeuner est un des meilleurs que nous ayons fait. Otranto est à quelques minutes en voiture et les alentours valent vraiment le coup! Bref nous avons été conquis!

Non possiamo che confermare le innumerevoli recensioni positive. Ciò che ci ha maggiormente colpito è l’amorevole dedizione con cui queste persone fanno il loro mestiere ma badate bene qui non troverete i “manager del benessere” che si presentano al mattino in giacca e camicia inamidata pronti a dirigere l’attività. Nella “Masseria dei monaci” i primi a lavorare e a rendere il soggiorno indimenticabile sono proprio i proprietari e i loro figli, coadiuvati da personale a modo e sempre sorridente. Colazione stellare con squisite torte fatte in casa , frutta fresca (standing ovation per i fichi, d’india e non!), salato con formaggi e focacce top. Abbiamo usufruito della mezza pensione e siamo rimasti soddisfatti dalla genuinità, bontà e varietà dei piatti a base di pesce che ci sono stati proposti. Per rendere l’idea di quanto si stia bene in masseria possiamo affermare che in tanti anni di vacanze estive non ci è mai capitato di non avere nessuna voglia di uscire dalla struttura per cercare altrove qualcosa che evidentemente già avevi in loco ossia un’oasi di pace e relax, in cui regna la pulizia, l’ordine, la cura dei dettagli e la ricercatezza dello stile. Grazie di vero cuore e alla prossima!!
