Beautiful room. Great staff. Fantastic value. Would definitely recommend and go again.

Hotel is pleasant but the meals are of average standard for 500 a night catering breakfast and dinner with a private outdoor shower, onsen tub. Service staff are responsive but the surrounding area where hotel is located seems to be housing" girlie bars " and night girls clubs activities. Shuttle bus to and from station provided by the hotel.

it was an overwhelming experience to stay in this hotel. we booked the stay with dinner and breakfast and it was so worth it. the Japanese style dining was very impressive. and the staff were very friendly even they didn’t know English much.

There are very beautiful view. The room is very big. We can see the sea and sun.

My best friend and I wanted to experience staying in a ryokan and we picked Yuzanso as they were Muslim friendly in terms of dining (which was excellent and the food and service was just top notch) and also had private onsen. It was a very pleasant stay with stunning views of Lake Biwa and fluffy futons! we highly recommend this place for Muslim travellers too!

Very cost-effective hotel, the hotel front desk can speak English, Chinese and Cantonese, so there is no need to worry about language communication, Kaiseki cuisine is very ceremonial, each room has its own small private room for eating, not dining together in the lobby, which is great, every staff is very friendly, the public area is also very nice, the product store in the hotel can be recorded first, and then pay with Alipay when checking out, because most rooms have private baths, so there is only one large bath, which is a bit regrettable, my choice is to go to the large bath at night to experience the Japanese bathing culture, and then take my own private bath in the room before breakfast. Lake Biwa is beautiful and I will come again next time if I have the chance. If you stay in this hotel, remember to use the phone at the door at the tram station to call the hotel to pick you up, it is really tiring to climb the mountain!

The hotel is on a mountainside not far from the station. It is recommended to contact the hotel by phone for pick-up when you arrive. The staff's service is perfect. The hotel accommodation is older, but the room is large and the view is good. The most satisfying thing is the dinner and breakfast in one stay and two meals. The Omi beef is drool-worthy. It is worth coming back.

This is my first time to go to Xiongqin Hot Spring♨️The room is more comfortable than expected in Datong☺️ What I like the most is that it’s quiet enough🤫while taking a bath and looking at the scenery☺️ One stay and two meals are basically wild, but the quality is not compromised👍🏻 I will choose Zaili next time! The most surprising thing is that there is a girl who speaks Cantonese 😂
