A very stylish and modern apartment block. Check-in and room access by codes. Our studio apartment was comfortable, kitchen well equipped and the bath/shower very clean.The gym downstairs is good and well maintained. Location is good and close to the Parliament Hill area. Only "negative" is that window doesn't open so no fresh air gets in.

Great location. Rooms are tidy and clean with functional kitchen. You can cook yourself if you wish. Staffs are helpful. We booked for 4 people and there are 2 hair dryers!! It’s very important for girls!!🤣🤣

The location is good, with many tourist attractions around, and it only takes 3-4 minutes to walk to Parliament Hill. The interior is clean and has a small kitchen.

Excellent hotel. Very modern. It has a kitchen and full facilities. The price is significantly better than other hotels near Capitol Hill. It only takes 5 minutes to walk to Capitol Hill. You can see it around the corner and it's just one block away.

Staying at the Sondor Arlo was an amazing experience. The staff were very helpful and friendly, the room was clean and well-appointed and had all the necessary amenities. This location is in the heart of the city. Although they don't have parking, a secure lot at the World Exchange Plaza is less than 2 mins away. Will definitely return.

Wow. I can’t even explain just how impressed I am in words. Sonder, i’m obsessed with you! So easy, breezy! The room was STUNNING, perfect, comfortable- I want to move in! 11/10 stay and will stay again and will recommend to EVERYONE! THANKS!

Room and bathroom very clean, and impressive little kitchen! Good value in a nice, convenient area of Ottawa. Slight negatives were the requirement that you enter a code at the main entry door of the hotel-- code pad was a bit finicky and generally there was someone already there fiddling with the code process. And you could definitely hear other people even with door closed. But overall a good stay. Easy 1.5 blocks to the Parliament light rail station.

Staff are very friendly and helpful. My friend and I were in Ottawa for an art workshop. Our room had two bathrooms! One was attached to the bedroom, the other off the living room, so it was if we each had our own bedroom. It was spotless. Our windows didn’t open as it was an interior room but it was also super quiet. There was a fan for hot cold in both areas. 4 minutes walking from the National Arts Center and downtown. The boilers shut down last day so no hot water for an hour or so but were quickly repaired. I would definitely stay here again.

People who work there are very kind. The room is clean and big enough to stay. The bathroom is a little old but I have no problem to use it. And the cost is cheap even though the hotel is located in the downtown. If I have opportunity to stay in Ottawa, I will stay here again.

The room was stunning with a great view from our balcony! Was such an easy check in and check out process, the app made everything convenient, affordable price for what it is, we loved it so much couldn’t have found anywhere better for his birthday occasion
