Really good hotel for family. The location is at airport area, but not noisy at all. It is only 20 minutes to drive to downtown and take a tour.

Great hotel; rooms were clean and reasonably spacious, and the amenities were very nice. Hotel gym was small but well-appointed. Restaurant is large and had a great view; food was adequate, nothing special, and pretty expensive for what it was.

Hotel location is great. Checking by Jasbir was very efficient, smooth, quick and I was checked in in less than 10 minutes.
Room - very clean, everything that I needed for a 2 day trip was good. I suggest upgrading the work chair - it should have a mechanism to not not rock back and stay upright.
Coffee station was clean, washrooms very clean, housekeeping staff was very polite and pleasant. Overall a great hotel and will use it in the future when I stay in Ottawa.
