There are many Fairmont hotels in Canada. I just visited the castle in Quebec and came to the same one in Ottawa. The similarity is that they are all in an excellent location. This one is within a five to ten minute walk of Parliament Hill, the canal, Byward, and the National Gallery. The service is very good and the breakfast is good.
