The service here is always stellar. The staff are always friendly and who can beat a free breakfast!

Big room , overall great stay, breakfast options could be better and hot water took a long time to warm up.

酒店服務很好，房間乾淨，設施齊全，酒店地理位置很好，離國會，裏的河都在步行範圍內。早餐比較簡單，品種比較少，除此以外，其他都不錯，值得推薦。

The hotel service is very good, the room is clean, and the facilities are complete. The location of the hotel is very good. It is within walking distance from the Congress and the river. The breakfast is relatively simple and there are few varieties. Other than that, everything else is good and worth recommending.

Pretty nice hotel, we were satisfied with our stay.  We were visiting for 4 nights 5 days and took advantage of our complimentary breakfast. Was decent minus the coffee. Wasn’t very good but we are picky with our coffee so pretty minor. Location was great as we could walk to just about everything we wanted to see.  Rooms were clean and liked the setup. Staff were friendly and the bartender at the restaurant had a great attitude. (Can’t remember his name sorry)  If I had one complaint it would be there’s a bit of a wait for elevators when busy as there’s only two to serve 17 floors.  Overall very nice hotel, definitely recommend

It is very convenient to walk to all the classics, the Supreme Court, the Capitol, the city center, and the Ottawa River. The hotel is very clean and quiet, the rooms are also very large, and the breakfast is very rich Western breakfast, it is worth staying in

Includes free breakfast, paid parking but very convenient, rooms are all disinfected during the epidemic, very safe and satisfied, I will choose this next time I travel
