Very nice and cozy room. Good cleanliness. Not very noisy even the room is next to the elevator. Effective services at front desk.

There was no slippers and toothbrush.

Our room is at the corner. I think the room type is average. There is no exhaust fan in the bathroom.

The room is very big and the bed is very wide. It is much bigger than a hotel in Hong Kong. The location is also very good. It is convenient to go to all the scenic spots in down town and to eat. Ottawa has a view at every step and is rich in history. It is worth a visit.

The room does not come with mineral water. The bedding is average. But the view outside is nice.
