We always stay at Bravia, the breakfast spread is good, staff are always smiling, rooms cleaned every day and check-in/checkout takes 2-3 minutes. What else do you need!

Reception policy was terrible asking to leave Identification at the desk!
Little parking
Rooms are small
Very expensive hotel- not worth the price
Security X-ray machine didn’t even work.
Indian man at reception desk was disrespectful.
Not convenient location.

Évitez le 6e étage qu'ils disent être VIP. Vous serez dérangés par les aménagements de la salle de réunion et le bruit des réunions. Jusqu'à 23h on tire des chaises et tables. Désagréable à souhait. Malgré les appels à la réception j'ai terminé avec des boules de quies. Bravia et ses vigiles à l'entrée qui vous empêchent de rentrer avec même une bouteille d'eau. En séjour pour 13 jours, ça été la bagarre tous les jours pour y accéder parce l'hôtel ne propose que de l'eau minérale locale hormis le perrier(gazeux). Sans compter le scanner sécurité qui ne marche pas.

Excellent service, personnel souriant et serviable. Petit déjeuner bien fourni et carte des repas variée. Mention spéciale pour le Chef Abdelkader pour son excellente cuisine , ainsi qu’a Mr Sankara pour les petites attentions. Belle salle de sport super équipée. Je recommande a tous les voyageurs business a Ouagadougou. Excellent emplacement et ultra sécurisé en plus !
