This hotel was beautiful! But looks can be deceiving. In our room, the tv, toilet and sink were broken along with no towels available. Though there were many cleaning and maintenance staff visible, service was extremely slow even though we were the only guests at the hotel!!! It took 1 hour to get pool towels, and the wait staff for lunch was no where to be found. When bringing these disappoints up with the management they seemed uninterested and annoyed. We were charged for parking despite the website advertising it was free private parking.
Though the pool was magnificent ( only good thing about the hotel ), I would not recommend this hotel. Service was horrible, we felt ignored as clients, and left as soon as the sun came up!

The employees are too nice and friendly (housekeeper, receptionist, waiters, valet….) the breakfast is offered by the establishment itself it was not diversified but that does it on the other hand it is necessary to maintain the rooms but overall I rate 8/10 for a 4 star hotel

Hotel HORRIBLE, experience desastreuse, escroquerie a 1000% On promet le calme, la detente, changer l’etat d’esprit, la serenité…c’est tout le contraire de ce qu’on a trouvé: - chambre sans PQ, sans serviettes - espace exigu, chambre digne d’un ibis, et encore ce dernier au moins t’offre ce que tu promet et ce que tu paies - on paie 1800dh la nuit, mais on vous fait payer le parking a 30dh autrement on vous fait barrage pour ne pas sortir - 1/2 h pour vous servir une friture de poisson ou il n’y avait que de l’huile dans l’assiette - service NUL - Personnel qui ne sait rien, ne peut rien et ne repond rien : il faut voir avec les responsables! - on parle de calme : la chambre donne sur la piscine, belle vue sur la lagune, mais café bondé de clients de l’exterieur, un « chanteur » sans voix qui fait des reprises toute la nuit jusqu a 22h30, donc merci le calme!!! - douche bouchée, et ça pue les egouts Bref, à fuire, ne vous faites pas avoir!!!

Mon expérience à l'hôtel est tout simplement désastreuse ! À éviter absolument... - Tout d'abord, malgré ma réservation effectuée deux jours avant le voyage avec une demande spécifique pour un lit de bébé, rien n'était prêt à mon arrivée. Après avoir réclamé, un lit avec des pieds cassés m'a été livré à 22h ! - Le service était lamentable, aucune chaleur humaine, pas même un sourire, ni lors de l'enregistrement ni au départ. - Le petit-déjeuner était une catastrophe, avec notamment une salade de fruits qui avait clairement passé la nuit en réfrigération, donnant une forte odeur et un goût désagréable. - Les chambres étaient beaucoup trop petites pour deux personnes. - Le bruit était incessant à cause des travaux en cours pendant tout notre séjour. En plus de tout cela, le menu était excessivement cher, ce qui rendait difficile pour tout le monde de profiter de boissons près de la piscine. ⚠️⚠️⚠️
