This was the most beautiful and magnificent stay we had in SA. You pretty much staying wild in the nature but with a comfort of 4 star hotel. Food was phenomenal and there is so much to do in the surrounding region.

Lovely breakaway with the family, great game drives - saw great animals, kids loved the Elephant experience, the meercats are the cutest and the guides were great. Tents were great, beds comfi, outside shower great. All a good experience.

We had amazing sightings of giraffes and loved observing the hippos from our stoep! The tented camps are amazing, very comfy warm beds and decorated with love! We also love all the conservation efforts and ways of being eco friendly! The super friendly staff makes this experience perfect! Thank you!

Diese Lodge hätten wir länger buchen sollen. Es war sagenhaft und wird uns ewig in Erinnerung bleiben. Es passte einfach alles und es gibt nichts zu beanstanden. Die Geparden-Tour war beeindruckend.

Super eten avondeten en goed ontbijt laat je ‘s avonds na het eten en voor het slapen gaan, verrassen in de luxe waterfront tenten. Sommige dingen moet je zelf ervaren en nog niet van te voren willen weten. Ook de nachtsafari was erg leuk!

Our second visit to the amazing Buffelsdrift Game Lodge was as excellent as the first. Everything we experienced was perfection. The accommodation absolutely outstanding! The Najla's roaming around our tent house was quite an experience. The Restaurant was the best you can wish for. Breakfast and Dinners excellent quality and the personnel amazing. All of them! The Game Drive and meeting the elephants was of a high priority and we loved it. Will return as soon as we can. Can suggest this Game Lodge to anyone needing a luxury break-away.

Hele mooie luxe safaritenten, inclusief buitendouche. Heerlijk restaurant. Gelegen aan het water waar de nijlpaarden zwemmen, en de springbokken, kudu's ed komen drinken.Bij te boeken gamedrives zijn erg leuk (hoewel het gebied en het aanbod van dieren wel beperkt is), zeker de cheetah experience is aan te raden. Geen vergelijking met safari / gamedrive in bv (greater) Kruger area. Maar zeker de moeite waard. Olifanten experience bewust niet aan meegedaan, interactie met wilde dieren is niet meer van deze tijd, zelfs niet als het heel beperkt is. Vooral mooi als overbrugging van de garden route naar Kaapstad via route 62 (en Oudtshoorn). Maar heerlijk om even bij te komen en te genieten van luxe.
