We had a beauftiful one night stay. The tents are pretty luxury and comfortable even though it can be loud at night, but you will be equipped for that :-) You can also book activities and enjoy the spa.

Hosted by super friendly people in the hart of the klein Karoo. We saw a large variety of wild animals bot on the game drive and at the unit where we stayed. A must do when travelling to Oudtshoorn.

Game Trips were good and staff excellent. Restaurant food was generally good but service was poor and shortage of wine and drinks actually on the menu was disappointing also.

Leuke ervaring om in de tent te slapen en ook het restaurant is best goed maar langs de andere kant ook enkele puntjes waarom we geen 5 op 5 geven. Het goede: mooie en goede safari's door heel goede gidsen, het is niet zo dat je hier over de dieren valt zoals in Kruger. Mooie, nette luxe tenten geen klagen over. Dichtbij de Cango Caves. Het mindere: beetje nickle and diming in het restaurant, het enige waar we extra moesten betalen voor een capuccino bvb bij het ontbijt. De laatste avond (6 december) was er een heel grote groep mensen op het terras wat voor veel lawaai zorgde en de leuke sfeer van de eerste avond verbrodde. Verschillende mensen ergerden zich daaraan, misschien moet dit resort de keuze maken om dergelijke groepen die waarschijnlijk niet verblijven te weigeren of meer gescheiden te houden van de mensen die wel verblijven. Voor ons voelde het heel raar aan dat de tent niet op slot kon. Op zich nog geen probleem maar de safe is zo groot als een kleine schoendoos dus veel meer dan je paspoorten en je portefeuille kan je er niet in kwijt. Om dan je laptop en duur fototoestel niet veilig te kunnen opbergen voelt niet zo goed. Ik heb mijn fototoestel dan altijd bij mij gehouden, ook tijdens het eten bvb. Ik moet wel zeggen de laptop is ook niet verdwenen tijdens de reis. Maar grotere kluizen voor een standaard laptop zijn dan toch wel een must. Nachtrust is beperkt wegens het hels lawaai van de lokale fauna, vooral de eenden maken veel lawaai. Al bij al een goed verblijf dat we ons zeker niet beklagen maar wel het enige verblijf dat we geen 5 op 5 geven tijdens deze reis (we deden 5 hotels aan deze vakantie) en dit om bovenstaande redenen.

What a great stay and visit. It was for my wife's 70th birthday and we could not have asked for a more awesome place. Friendly and help full staff. The food is delicious. The game drive is a must do experience and was awesome Kayla is very knowledgeable tour guide. The elephants is well trained and awesome hats off to your staff. Highly recommended.

We had a fabulous stay and had multiple viewings of the hippos. The only downside was the very noisy geese 24/7. However, we realise that nothing can be done about them so we just made it part of our experience. The rangers on the bush safaris were all very knowledgeable, professional and friendly.

We had a nice night safari Tents were awesome with AC Pool area nice and clean. Elephant Experience was one of our trip Highlights. But for the dinner I was scammed with my beef filet it was a flat end cutting piece rolled together as a parcel and not eatable I complaint it several times as well at the checkout. But no reaction also from the Management that was really disappointing
