Wir sind erstmalig in Südafrika gewesen. Von den Glampingzelten, der Freundlichkeit des Personals, den Speisen und dem Aktivitätenangebot waren wir überwältigt. Wenn wir auch nicht alle Big Five sehen konnten, da Löwen nur mit einer besonderen und zusätzlich kostenpflichtigen Tour zu sehen sind, waren wir begeistert.

Bis auf Hippos, Vögel, Fische und Schildkröten sind die Tiere nur auf separat zu buchenden Touren zu sehen. Zum Wasserloch kommen die Elefanten, rhinos, Giraffen oder rhinos nicht. Der Lebensbereich dieser Tiere ist abgesperrt und nur im Rahmen einer kostenpflichtigen Tour zusätzlich zu den teuren Übernachtungen zugänglich. Zur Sauberkeit: sowohl die Kaffeetassen als auch die Zahnputzbecher waren dreckig, teilweise mit Schmutz vom vorigen Gast. Das geht gar nicht!

Our luxury ‘tent’ by the lagoon was amazing with every comfort. The game drive and visit to the lions were most enjoyable. The experience was let down by the restaurant. We had a long wait for an evening meal, probably because there is no booking time. We weren’t offered any bread while we were waiting. When food arrived it contained a substitute as they had run out but we weren’t told. Breakfast was ok but didn’t really match the luxury of the rooms.

Great location, tends with private bathroom and external shower. Amazing food at the restaurant, great landscape and view, and animals close to see at the property... swimming pool, spa and much more... simply great, a must! I would recommend for anyone going to see the cango caves

Sleeping in ten and outside was really a new experience for us! But everything was nice, clean and well equiped! Safaries have to be booked and paid on top of accommodation. Prices ok and correspond to what you see and discover. Only cheetah experience is to expensive and didn‘t fulfill expectations. Food and beverages in the Restaurant very good and prices are more than ok.
