We have atayed here well over 15 times over the last 3 years. It is not the newest of most glamour 5 star hotel but certainly the best in so far as service, care, attention and the old style 5 star charm that Egyptian hospitality is best at. The hotel is NOT in a tourist area and is in the heart of Cairo so you get the real city with shops, kiosks and all the amenities within 2 or 3 minutes walk, The hotel breakfast is the best in Cairo and be sure to ask for Hela, she is incredible, The hotle that always fees like home for us - stay in real Cairo

Stayed 3 nights and the rooms were comfortable and the service was exceptional. I usually don't write reviews, but this property deserves it. The entire staff was very helpful and accommodating to ensure their guests were comfortable. Omar A\Azem deserves extra recognition. He works in the main restaurant and he really went above and beyond to make sure we were well served every day. We left our cell phone at the table after a meal and he was so courteous to run after us as we were entering the elevator to return it. Thank you Omar for your exceptional service. The Sheraton Cairo is successful because of employees like you.

Such a cute little hotel, on the water with beautiful view of the city. The lady at reception called “Dream” was such a gem. Friendly , sassy and super helpful. By far one of the best hosting experiences we had during our Egypt trip. Fluent in English and a total gem. Advising on areas to visit , called an uber for us to the market and back to airpirt! “don’t take taxi , they overcharge the foreigners”! Great advice ! Rooms were very clean and great after our long hours trip from Aswan. Thankyou Dream and Nile boutique team!

I like this hotel because of the location. It has a small pool but unfortunately pigeons love the pool as much as a customers and I don't like pigeons. They need to do something to limit the number of pigeons that like to drink the pool water. There is a machine that you can buy that pigeons hate the sound of and the people can't hear. The rooms are a bit small but they gave me a room where I could see the Nile the Ritz-Carlton and the Egyptian museum so ask for room at the end of the building. Staff is top-notch and goes out of their way to help you. Don't book tourist from the concierge it's a rip off. I've stayed at this hotel three times because of the location and the professionalism of the staff.

Very good hotel around the pyramid, if you are going to Cairo at night, it is recommended to stay directly around the pyramid, and you can visit the pyramid quickly the next morning. If you don't want to spend a big price to live in the Mina Palace, it is highly recommended in a small hotel around the scenic spot. The hotel group around the east gate of the pyramid, the environment is too messy and noisy. The owner and reception staff of this hotel are very young, like college students, the people are very good, we arrived at 2 am, originally worried that no one received, I didn't expect them to be there, and I felt at ease. The breakfast in the morning was also very rich, and I went to play when I was full. The route of Cairo driving into the pyramid scenic spot is shown in the last attached picture. The specific road book goes to the notes of the attached picture corresponding to the platform. Don't forget to like it.

We missed the plane out! Arrived in the middle of the night! And our room had been given to someone else! ( we only paid for room at end of stay) So a bad start! to say the least! The lovely, attentive, frontdesk, breakfast room staff changed this from the first breakfast on their huge terrace over looking the Pyramids!. You have to pinch yourself. Rooms very clean. Powerful shower,great aircon,big very comfortable bed. Best value for money we have ever had. Walking distance (100 metre) from Calflour( supermarket), 3-4 Coffee shops( one made me a small birthday cake and sang Happy Birthday in Arabic) fresh juice shops, clothes, banks ect. The young staff ( 12!-26) who were working daily,really made our stay SPECIAL!!. As you can see by the pictures ,how much trouble they all went to decorating my bedroom ,while we were out visiting Pyramids ( 8 mins by car We looked at nearer Hotels, but, very glad we stayed in this area, the nearer you stay the more you are PESTERED! by sales people,beggers,guides ect. One of the highlights of my visit was the traditional Egyptian breakfast served each morning. The spread was a feast for the senses, with a variety of freshly prepared dishes that showcased the rich flavors of Egyptian cuisine. From fluffy falafel and creamy hummus to freshly baked bread and flavorful shakshuka, every bite was a delight. The breakfast not only provided a hearty start to the day but also offered a genuine taste of local culture. The hotel's location is perfect for exploring the pyramids, and the staff were always ready to assist with any inquiries or arrangements. Their warm hospitality and dedication to guest satisfaction were evident in every interaction, making me feel welcome and valued throughout my stay. After a day of exploring, returning to the comfort of my spotless room and indulging in the exquisite breakfast the next morning was the perfect way to experience the magic of Egypt.

Best hotel I have ever stayed in my life , never had such level of service , there are worker everywhere and people ready to help you with a smile ever time you turn your head , the restaurants and the food was just amazing , i fell in love and if ever in cairo thats where I will stay ❤️❤️❤️

This Hyatt is the worst Hyatt I have ever stayed at. The hardware facilities are still good because it is newly built. Compared with five-star service and management, there is still a lot of room for improvement. The most intolerable thing is that the room provided to me was not a normal room. It's a room in a suite. The soundproofing is very poor, and there is only one door between us and the guests next to us. The sounds of their conversation and exchanges at night could be heard clearly. I only slept for two hours the day I stayed, it was too noisy! Look at the extra bed they arranged! Blankets and jackets are provided. You want to use it, hum! You have to put it in yourself. After negotiating with Ctrip, the quilt was delivered late at night. It was just a quilt. The quilt was a quilt and the jacket was a jacket. If you want to use it, you have to do it yourself. After showering, there would be so much water spilling out that I almost slipped! Because it is not a standard room, the shower they provide allows guests to take a shower in the bathtub, and the water flows outside to the floor. I have to praise Ctrip's service here. It's really good. If there are any problems, they can actively negotiate and resolve them. I have used Booking and agoda when traveling abroad before. But when encountering problems, Ctrip is the one who can seriously solve them. There are many varieties of breakfast, but it doesn't feel delicious. There is a Starbucks in the hotel, but I feel that the taste is better than that in China. The waiter at the front desk is really not very patient with Chinese people. I speak Arabic English with a strong accent and very fast.
