My recent stay at Chipeta Lodge was an unforgettable experience, marked by exceptional service, good food and an intimate and warm conference area that exceeded my expectations. From the moment I arrived, I was warmly welcomed by Darcie at the front desk, whose professionalism and genuine hospitality set the tone for the entire visit. Darcie and all the other employee’s attention to detail and wealth of knowledge about the property and the surrounding area ensured that my stay was as enjoyable and seamless as possible. She went above and beyond to accommodate any requests I had, making me feel valued and well taken care of throughout my time at Chipeta Lodge. In addition to the exceptional service provided by Darcie and the others, Chipeta Lodge itself exceeded my expectations in terms of accommodations, amenities, and overall ambiance. The pet friendly room we stayed in was super comfortable, very clean, and included a full-size kitchen that we cooked dinner in one night after vising the market a block or two down the street from the lodge. Many of the rooms have their own hot tubs outside of the room. The rooms have a ton of character and are being redone as part of the complete renovation taking place. There is an inviting pool area that includes a large hot pool that is elevated and covered. This is a great place to relax after a day of exploring all there is to do around the area. The spa is being redone and was not open while we were there. I will make sure and take advantage of this the next time we stay there. Once the spa is open the Chipeta Lodge will offer all the amenities for a relaxing getaway. In addition to the superb service provided by Darcie and everyone else, the dining experience at The Ridgway restaurant, overseen by John, a level 2 sommelier, was nothing short of exceptional. John's passion for wine and food pairings elevated each dish to new heights, creating a culinary experience that left a lasting impression. I truly enjoyed the time John would spend talking about wines with my wife and me. If you are looking for a place to host an event the Chipeta Lodge is ready to accommodate. The on-site conference center is equipped with state-of-the-art amenities, including a top-of-the-line sound system and a 4K big screen, making it the perfect venue for hosting events of up to 40 people. We spent 5 nights @ this hotel and loved the location and many other amenities. Since we were skiing this is the best place and steps away for convenience to the free gondola station that take you up to Mountain Village. The room had a gas fireplace and nice view plus it was clean. The linens were nice and they even provided a robe which was nice to go to outdoor hottub each day. The hottub was the perfect end to our days on the slopes and had amazing views. The hotel provided a free convenient breakfast of cereal, bagels, juices, cinnamon rolls plus yogurt and fruit to start the day. In the afternoon they had free wine 5-6pm in the fireplace lobby area. Blake the desk clerk was pleasant, always greeted us with a smile when we came and went and gave us excellent customer service by answering any questions we had during our stay. Everything was super easy to walk to for meals, shopping, market. I highly recommend this place for your stay in Telluride.

Stayed here for three nights. Although we liked the underground parking it is a little tight. Back in if you can it will make life easier for you. You will need to walk about 1/2 mile to get get to most of the good restaurants. Restaurant was closed when we were there and Telluride doesn’t open fully until after Memorial Day. It is a good solid hotel with daily maid service and clean and comfortable rooms. Didn’t interact with staff that much but, the few times we did they were responsive.
